From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was anything but serene, thanks to the incessant crying of the owner's baby. The incessant wailing of the baby created a chaotic and uncomfortable dining environment. It's understandable that family life and business ownership can be challenging to balance, but subjecting paying customers to the constant disruption of a crying baby is simply inconsiderate.

Best Vietnamese food in Melbourne! My girlfriend and I have been here 5 times now and the food has been absolutely AMAZING every time. We always get the P6 (Pho with thinly sliced rare steak and meatballs) which tastes very fresh and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee which is a very bold tasting coffee with just enough sweetness. The BM1 (Bahn Mi grilled pork) is also very fresh tasting and quite delicious. The food here always leaves you feeling fresh and healthy. We visited and had a disappointing experience. My wife took one sip of her drink and politely asked if she could exchange it for something else, but the request was refused. We then asked if it could be removed from the bill, and again, we were told no.

In all our dining experiences, we’ve never encountered a place unwilling to replace or remove an item that a customer was unsatisfied with — especially when the request was made respectfully. Unfortunately, the staff member we spoke with was extremely rude throughout the interaction and it was the manager as well.
