Dixie Queen — Restaurant in Memphis

I’ve visited This location for the second time within a week last Friday they told me they were doing maintenance. This time they were not after just getting off at 10/2 hour shift I would like to get something to eat before going home. The service was great and of course always the upselling which comes with the territory.

I got the nachos the tenders and of course a cheeseburger in case the nachos didn’t quite hit the spot. As it turns out the ultimate nachos are great next time I should ask did they add chili to make it more of an ultimate! The burgers always is terrific I may change it up and ask them to make it into a melt if possible. I also get the strawberry 🍓 slush and it turns out it was way better than the Apple 🍏 they have, it was smoother not to thick like your getting peanut butter through a straw! The fries as always (SEASONED) delicious 🤤 on delivery‼️💯

WARNING ⚠️ they are HOT FRESH and have you rushing for that drink. They were crisp and delicious not soggy just balanced right. Chicken tenders Are definitely worth the price they are bigger than the tenders you would get a KFC. You get tenders, rolls and two condiments of honey mustard or ranch. Anywhere else they want to charge you for the extra ranch or are hesitant to give it to you, not here! For little cups these things are deep! (we’ve all experienced this with McDonald’s being stingy and KFC acting like they cornered the market...

Being a queen just to pick up an order for someone, I made a mistaken order the wrong burger when I got to the window, I explained that I ordered the wrong burger. The general manager was very rude. Had a bad attitude, and I felt like she could have fixed the burger that I asked for even if I had to go back in line, I would have been OK with that but for her to sit here and tell me that they make the orders as we order which is fine, but I apologize to her and told her I made the wrong. I ordered the wrong burger. She still says she could not play over a burger which I understand it so I told her to just give me extra bacon so again you still played over my burger because you open my burger to put the extra bacon on it when all you had to do was take the extra meat off that I made a mistaken order I would never go to Dixie Queen again. I could have messed her energy and gave her a party, but I decided not to because that is not me and she needs to be more professional. Her hair was nasty. She had tattoos all over her showing that needs to be covered up. How could a general manager...

You need a new speaker box and menu with updated prices. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo seasoned fries, but your strawberry drink was out. Luckily I had cash, because your card machine was down and out too. The gentleman at your window was so nice. He helped me find my .10 that he dropped. Speaking of that, that area underneath your window is a health hazard. I saw an order of fries on the ground. Anyhow, my order didn't take long at all for you to make. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. The pleasant man made sure I got my change and bid me farewell. It's truly refreshing to see an excellent attitude these days. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Hot, fresh, juicy, not burned, enough ketchup for my fries, perfect. Whoever worked that shift needs to work there all the time and deserve raises. ...
