I have to say that I had a problem with my order and I contacted the owner Mr. Deddrick Trent. He was so concerned that I had received less than quality service that he kept apologizing, informed me that he would make sure to have a talk with the cook. Mr. Trent not only had them redo my complete order but had them give me $20 back instead of $17 which I spent. Mr. Trent told me that he would make sure the hamburger was cooked to perfection and it was. He is the type of businessman we need in this fast food industry. I saw where some people gave bad reviews, what I want to say is that should this happen again, to you; keep calling that number. And leave a message, Mr. Trent will get back with you. Sometimes our employees have bad days or a don't care attitude. That is not the owners feelings and they care about ours; at least Mr. Trent does.
