Down South Wings & Grill — Restaurant in Memphis

I'm not normally one to write negative reviews and rather not say anything at all but the cashier (Raven) at this place is ridiculous. I came in the establishment to pick my fish plate order up. Raven (Cashier) asked me what was I having to drink. I told her I wanted the kool-aid. She hands me my cup and I go to the drink fountain to get ice from the machine. No ice came out. She saw that there wasn't any ice coming out the ice machine part so she came over, took the top off the soda fountain and move the ice towards the front so it could come out. I retrieved my ice but before I could put the kool-aid in the cup I saw that a drain fly was on my ice. I immediately told Raven and showed her. I could see she immediately got agitated. She didn't apologize or anything. I asked for another cup and she gave me one. Then she said " Don't get no ice....Just get Kool-aid! " with an attitude. At this point I'm irritated. Raven then , instead of disposing the other cup, which I placed on the counter where she was, she said to me " The trash over there". Feeling disrespected I left the cup on the counter and left. While I was walking out she grabbed the cup and threw it in the trash , which was near me, aggressively like she was trying to ice to slash on me in the process. This isn't my first time dealing with this cashier but today was my last. As I was getting ready to write my review I see she has gotten alot of bad reviews on here. I got a cheese burger and seasoned fries. I eat a lot of burgers and I think they have a very good burger. I don't care much for fries and only order them every once in a while but there's were pretty good. I did notice the young lady taking orders wasn't very out going but while waiting for my order she was friendly and her father the other owner was a great guy. I don't know her but she was never rude. She was professional and efficient in taking my order and serving some great food. Ray was very friendly and stopped working to talk to me. I will definitely be going back. And only because one review made it sound like they were treated bad because of their skin color, I'm a white man wearing camo from Mississippi. If they treated people bad for that they should have treated me bad and...

Ate at this place for the first time today. Me and my friend had lunch. Light skin rude as hell, like she doesn't wanna be there. Barely said anything didn't wanna give us a menu. If you don't like saying may I take your order get a Real Job. She was horrible, guessing her life is quite miserable. Besides that the fried green tomatoes where off the hook. The cook came out and asked how was everything. It was amazing. I say get a new cashier at the front, she will make people not want...
