Was the worst service I had ever! I will never ever go to this location. Cashier and the manager was rude. It starts with management the workers will reflect management. Got a bad manager you get bad workers therefore customer service will be bad. I think this location needs a refresher course for sure. The drink machines were not working when I said to the manager that the drinks taste like carbonated water she wanted to argue with me that the drinks were fine. So she finally goes to the back and realize I was right. Did she apologize? Nope she did not. Then my fries were served cold, when I told them I want fresh fries again the manager argued that they were fresh. I told her look I know how I like my fries these fries are cold and taste like they had been sitting there a while. Cashier from the beginning was rude ASF. I asked for corporate number I was told they didn't have the number. So I pull my cell phone out and found it myself and called while I was still in the restaurant to let them know how unpleasant the experience was. Hopefully customer service will get better but I will never visit this location again. Read moreI have no idea who's running this place. Hardee's is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I was so excited when I saw this one open close to home. We have eaten there about six times, and every visit has been a slow, torturous wait for mediocre, lukewarm food. Each time, we have waited no less than 30 minutes for our food. The workers just stand around, talk to each other, come into the dining area to laugh and flirt with their friends, and look at their cell phones. The manager is INCLUDED in the above behavior. I have never seen anything like it. I can't imagine the owners know what's going on in their restaurant. The customers always look frustrated and angry - as do we after about 20 minutes of waiting and listening to the absurdity that goes on behind the counter. Read moreHardee's has decent food, and I particularly like their Chicken Club sandwich, but they suffer from the same poorly paid and unmotivated employees as every other fast food chain. During our latest visit, we ordered two combos with Diet Cokes. We were given one regular and one diet, so we politely asked for a replacement for the regular coke. Instead of doing this, as seems to be routine in the case of errors, the manager came to the window and said pointedly that we would have to pay for the replacement. I objected, and reminded her nicely that the error had not been ours (the window agent even agreed), and only then did she grudgingly and silently replace the drink.
