Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

I would say I eat more Little Caesars Pizza more than any of the other big pizza brand names today but the service I received recently was unacceptable. After picking up a delivery for my co-workers for lunch and returning to the store my team all began to express there displeasure of the pizza. The food was hot, but the cheese was hard the pizza thin and the crust was crumbly hard. After a few bites, some of the team began to throw the food way and I explained to them that I would go back and let them know that my pizza wasn't fresh. I took a few of the remaining slices that hadn't been touched and brought the pizza back. One of the little Caesar staff members had explained to the manager on duty that I was recently just in the store and purchased the food but I was being told by the manager that in order to get another pizza, I had to bring the other slices of pizza that came with the pizza back in the box. If I hadn't had any years of management experience myself I probably would have reacted different to...

I called my order in today, I was told by the person on the phone that it will be ready within 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins later so i could get my lunch and be on time for work! The young lady took my money as i told her about my call in, she said it should be out in 2 mins, I'm looking around and every employee is on the phones, not working on the phones! I understand that business hour is slow at the moment but the store should be preparing for the dinner rush! 5 mins past and she asked the cook was my pizza done? He asked the person who took my phone order and his respond was... oh I forgot! I didn't get mad or angry because I see that the cellphones have you all so extremely busy and focused! I'm already pressed for time and now they're saying it will be another 10 mins. NAHHHHHHHHHHH I simply asked for a refund... OMG it took about 5 mins for a refund! I do understand that everyone like to be on phones but there is a time...

Horrible experience I waited 45 min for 2 pizzas. They had me pull to the side and after sitting there 20 min I then phoned in to the place and they said it would be out in 4 min. As 10 mins goes by I call again. They assured me it's on the way out the door. 10 more mins goes by and I decide to finally go in and it's still not ready. The manager comes from the back and says we been sent this order out. Yeah not to me so apparently they done gave my food away.
