American Deli — Restaurant in Memphis

This was the worst Customer Service I have ever received at any American Deli or any restaurant to be Frank...We were so Excited to see that a New American Deli was added in an area that we Drive through (Lamar Ave). We hadn't eaten as we were happy to stop. I was undecided on what to order, When we tried to order the person taking our order was very short and cut us off...and when my husband tried to explain to her that we were going to order something else she was annoyed that we didn't order faster then another person got on the intercom and they both were annoyed and they had a conversation with each other as they told us that we needed to be better customers to my husband who has been a General Manager at many restaurants in the city..my husband explained that we would find another restaurant (They both said "Good" "Good Bye" We didn't order and immediately left. As we were leaving as we passed the pickup window the employee smiled and laughed as we left ... I will be contacting the Manager and General Manager on Monday. I was so disappointed with the disrespectful Service that we received. Ladies you need to Always be Kind because you never know which customers actually do complete Reviews on Google.
