IF I COULD PICK ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! A few years back when McDonald's employees protested/ went on strike for more wages, I was all in; everyone deserves fair pay. Let me rephrase that, everyone that actually works should receive fair pay. THIS LOCATION HAS THE LAZIEST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! The newly added kiosks are an OPTION for customers, NOT AN OBLIGATION!!! If I choose not to use the kiosk, that's my prerogative. The employees got the huge raise, but they don't do the jobs they're being paid for. IT'S ESPECIALLY RIDICULOUS WHEN A MGR. CLAIMS THE CUSTOMER MUST USE THE KIOSK. If I'm a paying customer, do your job: 1. Greet the customer 2. Take the customer's order 3. Get the customer's order to them in a timely manner. THE EMPLOYEES ARE PAID TO DO THOSE STEPS!!!! Read moreMan I done let everything slide but not this time, they had me waiting at the cashier for around 10 minutes just so I can pay over what I had ordered, and on top of that they didn't even give me my complete order, that's what made me even more upset. To add on to that , they didn't even have cup holders, spoons, nor straws, and worst of all I had ordered 4 frappes and 2 mcflurries and I had to carry all that along with my cousin to the car. Read moreI think the young lady said her last name was Reynolds, if I have it wrong I truly apologize, but shout out to her on a excellent job on customer service. Went in there to pick up a door dash order, during the 3min I stood there not being acknowledged, the conversation amongst the employees was awful with the foul language. Ms. Reynolds came from the back, that when they told her she had a doordash on the front counter, she immediately started to take care of me. The lady, assuming the manager, couldn't really tell she was just as unprofessional as the others, took the order that Ms. Reynolds gad requested for me.
