I urge you guys that are going through the drive thru or ordering to-go to check your bags before you leave. Multiple times now they have left off the chips and salsa or cheese dip off my order. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if I wouldn’t have PAID for both of things, each and every every time. Last time I went, I ordered my usual food and when I got up there to pay I told the lady that my salsa had been left off the day before and I’d like for them to replace it. This is the only time I’ve ever asked them to fix it… usually I just say forget it and consider it a loss, but this time I went back and wanted it fixed because it has happened so many times. I told the girl what had happened and she looked bothered but said okay. I received my food with no replacement salsa, and that’s not even the worst part. They didn’t have the two cheese dips I had JUST paid for in my bag. I said “ma’am the salsa isn’t in here and unfortunately neither are my 2 cheese dips”. She was obviously irritated with me and hesitated to replace the salsa. I really don’t believe a salsa is worth losing a regular customer over, that hasn’t ever complained in the past over. Even if I had been lying, which I wasn’t because they are clearly forgetful and had also just then forgotten my cheese dip, the customer is always right. I would give 5 starts because the food is priced amazing and taste amazing too however I just can’t anymore. It’s probably priced amazing because they are charging people for food that they aren’t receiving. No matter where a person chooses to eat or how much they pay for their meal, a customer should ALWAYS know/see that the employees are practicing clean/sanitary precautions and steps. I am truly I'm disbelief in what we witnessed tonight. We have visited multiple times and we always witness a older mexican female eating right behind the cash register area (while she works) we have never allowed that to stop us from giving this location our business, but on TONIGHT we witnessed the 2 cooks eating (literally shoving food in their mouths with no gloves on) while fixing orders, they never stopped to wash their hands or get new gloves. We witnessed this multiple times (also took photos) before saying something. The older lady stated that they could not understand english, I broke it down very plain to her. Minutes later they all were laughing and both men continued to eat while looking directly at our table. There was also a female that came from the back and looked over at our table and laughed and yes the 2 men continued to eat and fix orders. Read moreI used to frequent this place 2-3 times a week and saw a steady decline after a while. I tried to keep giving them chances even after receiving rude customer service on a few occasions but no more. I called in an order and attempted to go through the drive-thru to pick it up. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins with no response. I assumed that maybe it was broken or something so I pulled up to the window. There I see about 4 or 5 employees just standing around laughing and talking and when they saw me, they gave me a look like Nobody told you to pull up here! We had a stare off as they continued to talk and not bother to stop a see what I needed. After about 7 mins or so, 1 of the ladies finally rolled her eyes and started walking to the window. At that point, I was pissed and just drove off. I don't think they care about losing customers but if you don't want to do your job or be rude to paying customers, then stay home.
