Worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Just landed, wanted to get some iced tea for the drive to my location. My preferable place was 10 minutes away, and I saw a McDonald's right up the street, and they have good iced tea too, so I decided to go there. I drove into one of the two drive through lanes, and was at the order panel, when the cashier came on and said I'll be with you in a minute. After 3 cars came and went in the other lane, and she said I'll be with you in a minute 3 times, I was so frustrated and got out of line, and went in to order, thinking this will be much faster. I only ordered a large unsweetened iced tea, a regular hamburger, and an apple pie. I ordered in the app, because it was faster. 20 minutes later, the cashier called me up, and said " you ordered the unsweetened iced tea?" I replied yes, and she said we don't have that, what else would you like. Couldn't believe it, that was my whole reason for stopping there in the first place. Got a large water and got on my way. When I got to the apple pie, it was way over cooked and couldn't finish it. Overall, very disappointed with the whole order. I think I'll go to my preferred location for iced tea in the future, even if it is 10 minutes...
   Read moreIâve been to this McDonaldâs many times over the years Iâve lived in the area, the only time it was worth the experiences was about a year ago after ownership change and in store management changed. I enjoyed the services mornings, noons, nights, early mornings, etc because I worked various hours. The food and services was on point! Until they moved the store manager or she left not sure, the store has gone down hill again!! Itâs not so much as to the people they have employed in the store, the results starts at how the store is managed starting at the the Supervisors, Store Managers, on down! If you lead by examples and demand that your crew to follow suit the end results to it all would be what McDonaldâs advertises! The food isnât hard to cook, most of all of it is already made they just have to follow procedures in preparing it and preparations to serve it to Us the customers in a Satisfactory manner!! Iâve visited and ate at many different establishments, my experiences good or bad are were the results of the employees and Not the employers! My suggestion if your experiences isnât satisfactory start with making calls, complaints to upper management. Have a Nice...
   Read moreI arrived to McDonaldâs and was on the second drive-through and I was waiting to have my order taken. This process took about five minutes after arriving to get a acknowledgment that I was there! I waited an additional five minutes only to have a person they arrived after me on the other side of the drive-through have their order taken before mine and still no acknowledgment from that point on. A total of 15 minutes and I went around the building to find out what was going on. The inside is not open then once itâs brought to the attention of staff on the inside. The male staff member that was outside had to inform customers that the drive-through was the only way to get your order taken care of. He gets five stars for being real. The female staff member came out and said we can only do so much! My thing is this if you opened up at 6 AM for breakfast give means youâre open drive-through and the inside plus your own Winchester which is our main strip meaning you should be on top of your game but I clearly see some people just show up to get a paycheck and say...
