While traveling from Angel Fire, NM, to our home in the Texas Hill Country, my boyfriend and I stopped by a roadside barbecue stand. We ordered a brisket sandwich, sausage, and potato salad. I’m not one who leaves reviews, but Menard Texas, yall have a hidden gem. Kutter’s was 10-10 great. I didn’t even have time to take pictures of my food because I scarfed it down. Next time a West Texas boy is passing through I will definitely be back. The brisket was cooked to perfection, the pinto beans were immaculate, (didn’t know beans could get that good), the sausage wrap was an excellent as well. 10-10...
