Yesterday I waited 30 minutes for a large cheese pie and a large Hawaiian pie. I know the store was busy but this is not the reason why I’m giving this bad rating. First a customer before me placed an order over the phone and when she went to pick it up, the guy told her she needed to reorder since order not done and just wait 10 mins, which she was still waiting after I left. Second, a family of 4 requested a large pie and they had to leave table and take pie to go since guys were giving out take outs first then customers waiting at dining room. Third when I inquired for the third time re my order since I saw my large Hawaiian pie placed on top of oven inside box, I gently reminded the 3 guys that I just need the other pie - cheese pie. They said ok, looked at each other smirked, took out a large cheese pie and placed it for another order that was carry out. This is what upset me when I requested if I can have that pie and they said I will have my pie soon. I had to wait 10 more minutes and when I opened the box to eat the pie, the entire upper part of the cheese was folded in half on top of the remaining pie. The Hawaiian pipe was soggy. Frank's pizza got our order wrong over the phone. It was a simple order of 2 pizzas 1 plane and one sausage and somehow that translated into 1 pie with extra sauce. When my daughter picked the pizza up she noticed they had the wrong order. I called and asked them to correct it and they told me that they had taken the order 3 separate times in a very nasty tone from me over the phone. This was not the case. I said give my daughter the 1 pie that you've made so that she can leave. They had given it to someone else . They proceeded to make another pie to make my daughter wait when I had specifically told him to give me the 1 pie when I called back to talk to a manager they said that it was too busy to speak to anyone on the phone.
