If I could get half a star I would. You are a number here because they are busy. It’s great that they are so busy. However, it shouldn’t come at the expense of treating the customer poorly!! I asked Marlin for a new cup of coffee since I explained at the Register that I wanted my coffee light and sweet but they filled it dark to the brim. She took the cup and threw half the contents into the sink beside me splattering coffee all over the sink and the cup and handed the cup back to me in that same condition and said here. Now you can put creamer. I get it’s a coffee shop and I’m passing through and will likely never stop here again. Really poor...

I raised an eyebrow when I walked in the first time and realized this wasn’t a bagel shop, it was a deli, with a deli directly across the lot. I shrugged when I realized their idea of being a “coffee shop” is having bunn warmers of junk coffee to the side of the register. Today I walked up and saw a sign for their new breakfast sandwich, the minuteman, that is a direct ripoff of the Wicker Baskets 6+, one of the things they’re very well known and loved for. Recently, I had an encounter here that wasn’t the best and called and spoke to the manager and asked to speak to the owner, Henry. I called and met him at the bagel shop and explained what happened to me and the service that I experienced. He immediately apologized, thoroughly listened to what I said, and gave me my entire order at no charge It was not about the free food, but the fact that this owner took the time to listen to what I said and not write me off or ignore me, but instead took the time to make it right - speaks volumes.
