Angie's New York Style Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mentor-on-the-Lake

Generally like their pizza for the price, thought I’d go a little extra and try their wings and mozz moons. The marinara was exploded all over the inside of the mozz box. I ordered boneless wings and got traditional (personal reasons I won’t eat traditional) and at the end had stated that if they came with sauce, because there was no indication you had to order dipping sauce with your wings, to do ranch instead of blue cheese, since their menu didn’t have a button. I called and talked to a associate at first, he told me the wings didn’t come with sauce and it was extra... interesting wings wouldn’t come with sauce. He gave me over to the manager and he was super brisk, said “oh I see here they were boneless, my bad, sorry” . I brought up the dipping sauce and was told “oh I see that now here at the bottom” again with a unapologetic sorry. I do like their pizza, especially the Sicilian. But this customer service of just brushing it off and that I have to deal with it was just rude. He had no options on how to make it better or even if they could make it right. Just get over it and move on attitude. I won’t be ordering from Angies again or pushing people to order from them either. Lost my business and everyone I knows...

I’ve been going to Angie’s with my husband for over a year now. We always go on Wednesdays and get an order of the pepperoni rolls, and the loaded fries. Both are melt in your mouth amazing and full of flavor. The pepperoni rolls have a melted butter and seasoning topping on them, and the breading is always cooked to perfection. We have to cut our rolls into 4 pieces because I can never finish all of mine, they are really a great size, and they have a deal on Wednesday for their pepperoni rolls. The fries are super good as well, topped with cheese, bacon and jalapeño’s and comes with sour cream. I absolutely love Angie’s, and I’ll go here for many many...

Probably the worst pizza that I have ever tasted next to Marco's! There is nothing good that I can say! The crust tasted sour and was under cooked, the sauce was very bland, and the cheese had a funky smell to it! I took two bites and threw the rest into the parking lot and even the seagulls wouldn't touch it!

Anybody who thinks that this is good pizza, either had their taste buds seared off with a hot iron, or have some kind of medical condition that prevents them from tasting and smelling! The guy that served me said that this place is comparable to P&P's, which is a total and complete JOKE! P&P's pizzeria has depth of flavor and they use fresh...
