Update.
I had fantastic service and food a week ago. So I went back today.
I guess my prior experience was a one off.
I ordered online, and got home to find several items missing. There is no phone number on the receipt to call. So I went to the app to see if there was contact information. I am aware of the number being in Google maps, but as I was already in the app, I used the AI overlord chat assistant.
It first told me how I should blame the delivery driver. As that was me, I think I would know if I ate 4 biscuits and 5 sauces at $0.49 each.
So I requested to talk to a live person and I waited and waited, it told me I was in queue and would be handled in the order it was received.
Then I waited some more, said hello asked if anybody was there? It said I was in queue and would be responded to I. The order it was received. I waited and waited and well, my time is worth more than $4 and so is yours.
If they read this and make it right, then I'll change the review but as of right now, I'll be avoiding this restaurant. This is as much corporate as it is the restaurant at this time. I love AI chatbots for programming and file editing, but stop trying to cheapen the already poor customer service with robots.
Maybe the problem is the second photo. Nobody packed and checked my order for accuracy ?
Eventually they just closed my chat window without responding.

I had been to this location before and I assume that's why some of the stars are lower, but there is a new sheriff in town. Or at least a new manager here. From my experience today, they are doing an amazing job.
The restaurant is very clean, tables are clean, nothing broken or not put away. I ordered online and picked up inside. An employee who was on break, interrupted his time to greet me and make me feel welcome. We chatted for a decent amount of time about various aspects of KFC.
He clearly cared about the company and enjoyed his work. He was happy with the new manager (that's how I know it's under new management) and to me that is the best thing you can have. Many things in life are expensive right now, so if I'm paying more I like to feel appreciated and 100% was treated like I was the Colonel himself!
I was very happy with all aspects of my food and service today. I mentioned the cost and we got a meal package that will provide at least two meals for each of us, making this half the cost of a fast food burger joint. On the surface it seems like a lot of money, but the value is much better both in quality of food and financially. My only regret is that I didn't get the magic mountain dew lightning, it's a custom version of Mountain Dew that they have.
Hope this helps you make your decision. I'm looking forward to coming back for lunch soon. If you have any doubts give...
Read moreWe ordered online because it claims it will save you time and your food will be ready on time. We ordered a 12 piece family meal, and after we ordered (5:55p) and paid, it said to head into the store and pick up at the mobile order area at 6:35p. We arrived at 6:40 and there was no bagged food in the mobile area.
The guy that was talking to the cashier had also ordered online and his food was not ready. We didn’t get told by the cashier until about 6:55p that our order was not ready because “they didn’t see the order until right now” and they ran out of extra crispy chicken. She said it would be about 16 minutes for the chicken.
After she told us this, she locked the door to get inside, and we watched several people try to come in and get their pre-ordered meals and were forced to wait in line. While we were waiting, the employees were talking about how high one guy was, and how they hated how busy they had been.
Finally at 7:30p, an hour after our food was suppose to be ready, we got our bags and had to wait for the cashier to unlock the door so we could leave. She followed us to the door with her key, and then paused and asked if this was the worst fast food experience we ever had. I said “actually yes” and she said “wait really? I ain’t letting you leave until you tell me if this was the worst or not.” It was very awkward, unprofessional, and frustrating because after our patience being pressed for now over an hour, the least she could have done was apologized and just let us leave— if myself or husband would have said what we wanted, we’d be the “problem”. We were offered nothing for our time wasted, and I even had to finishing filling our drink bag because it was only partially filled before being...
Read moreThis KFC is (and the KFC's in general around here are) best described as "adequate for takeout".
The food is tasty enough, but usually seems pretty old. The tenders and biscuits are consistently pretty tasty, but usually dry. The fries are actually really frustrating- when they're fresh, they are the best fries you can get from a chain, but most of the time they're just a bit cool and rather gummy. Its frustrating because I know how good they can be, but they're very rarely anywhere near that good. The soda is good- which isn't necessarily a given at some places.
I think the next time I go, I'll step inside and just ask politely for a fresh batch of both. I know folks in the service industry hate that (they did where I worked, at least), but it might be the only way to get consistently good food.
A few other things that I've noted in past years at this location, but may not be current: Had an assistant manager go out of his way to be rude- which kept me away for a good couple of years. When I used to eat in there on a regular basis (admittedly like 5 or 6 years ago), the interior was sticky from top to bottom and there was rarely a single clean table in the house. But in fairness, this is the norm at every KFC I've seen in this area. Service is quick and polite- if not necessarily...
