I've been wanting to write about my food experience, since the night I got my food, was just to tired and have been very busy, but I got time now. Yeah, so either the people saying this place is amazing have had a different experience then me, or they're friends with the owner or something. First ording the pizza online, not a single clue of what extra toppings cost, honestly still don't I'll post a picture of my receipt. Okay so the pizza, for some odd reason it did not look burnt at all, the bottom was a little dark, but not burnt, but for some reason every bite tasted like it was. I had requested extra sauce on the pizza, which in return they bearly put any on, again I'll post a pic. The meatballs were cut in half which at first found odd, but upon trying them, they were drier then a granola bar, and tasted microwaved, and honestly on the verge of spoiled. The chicken salad, the chicken was honestly worse then jerkey, it was so incredibly dry and hard, thought i almost broke a tooth on my first bite, and not joking the salad was, if not more 3/4s tomatoes and onions, this sadly I did not get a picture of, because of the tooth incident i threw it right in the garbage, where everything ended up honestly minus 2 pieces of pizza I choked down cause I just spent $51 and was starving. On the menu they say a 3x3 pice of cheese cake, welllllll I'm being generous here 1.5 x 1.5, it wasn't horrible, but was kinda warm and tasted like it had been sitting out awhile and was kinda melted over. About an hour give or take I'd say of eating this, the heavens opened up and spent most of the night back and forth to the facilities. So like I said either it was an off night, which still isn't acceptable for $51 or the people raving about this place are friends or something else. Advice go get a frozen pizza it's a tenth of the price and 100% better, unless you like throwing your money in the trash can like I did, which I'm still super angry about. This is the first review I've ever had to write and hopefully the last. Ohh yeah, just remembered uploading these pics, also dont know how much I was charged per topping, but there was like almost no pinapple on there!! Okay so uploading this reciept from my email, I finally see what i was charged for these toppings and also extra sauce haha now I'm even more...
Read moreIf I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing family run business! They really went out of their way for our son's graduation party. They didn't have sheet pizzas on their menu but, after trying other places in the past that were mediocre and calling a couple other places, I decided to give them a call and see if they offered them. I talked to Rachel and she informed me that they have the ability to make sheet pizzas but have not added them to their menu yet. But she said she would talk to the owner Keith and have him call me. He called me shortly after and said they could and would do it even though they hadn't before. We had not tried their pizza before so went in and got a pizza before we ordered the sheets and it was such amazing pizza we just ordered right there. I'm not gonna lie, i was a little nervous about ordering from a place that hadnt made sheet pizzas before. But Keith assured me they would do a trial run before hand. So we ordered 8 full sheet pizzas (and when I say full sheets, I mean full sheets, they were huge!). There were over 100 people at our son's graduation party and obviously we had other food than pizza. But we had soooo many people come up to us and ask where the pizza was from because it was so good! Compliments from the sauce to the amount of cheese to the crust, everyone raved about it! Not only great pizza, but...
Read moreDon't believe all the fake reviews (who reviews a restaurant and compliments their "cohesive branding"?), this place is mid-low tier food. There are half a dozen better pizza places just in Mentor.
Crust is basic, cheese is bland, and the primary flavors in the sauce are water, salt, and the can it came in. All these fake reviews talking about "fresh ingredients" what do those buzz words actually mean? Do they want us to think they hit up the farmers market every morning and visit the local Mentor cheese monger? No, it's the same ingredients every other place uses, but the cheaper options.
Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and black olive. No black olive. Dead Sunday night, late food, and still couldn't get it right.
Service was awful. Was told order would be ready at 6:10. Arrived at 6:15 and had to wait another 20 minutes. During that time there were no dine in customers and 5 others arrived for their order and had to wait. Slow Sunday night and they couldn't get anyone their order on time.
At least the girl at the register had plenty of time to take personal calls on her cell.
Bad pizza in a market over saturated with pizza places, terrible slow service, but hey that one fake review says their branding is good.
I'm looking forward to the next place that opens here...
