If I could leave zero stars I would. If you ever place an order through any of the delivery services and your food gets bumped due to no drivers CANCEL IT! This company will cook your food when the order comes in and they don't care how long your driver takes they won't remake it. Best of all they won't answer the phone to hear you put in a complaint either. We ordered dinner at 4:45 and it was supposed to be here by 5:20-5:30. I then get a text saying 5:45-6:00. Well still no driver so I got a text saying 6:08-6:18. Now most restaurants won't start cooking til a driver claims the order which was not until 6:10. Now with them ALWAYS have the inside locked still I figured the food wouldn't be cooked til the driver came so decided not to call being I don't know any restaurant wanting to serve nasty food. I guess Arby's wants to because their workers didn't want to just take the food from our order and give it out while it was still fresh to another customer being that would be too much work to do that or even remake it so when the driver showed up their response was "oh we will remake the shakes that were now just milk." The driver apologized up and down that our food was sitting there for over an hour. She was like "I'm so sorry they left it sitting there that long. When I seen that I was horrified." She even messaged about 10 mins after apologizing again and I explained it wasn't her fault but yes nothing was even Luke warm and everything was ice cold. If I wanted to reheat food I'd have saved the $70 and made leftovers. Our food went in the trash being I don't eat reheated French fries and my didn't want any of it. If your workers don't want to do their job, and the supervisors aren't overseeing them that is a huge problem when you only have drive thru people and already don't need to clean the inside anymore. We were just there about a month ago when we couldn't get inside and using covid is not an excuse anymore when the employees go to school, the grocery store, get gas, interact with other people all day and yet at work we are still locking it down? Come on now. This was the worst experience and I will be calling corporate being no reason they left our food for well over an hour being that order was made the minute that ticket came in at 4:45 and we got it at 6:30. Horrible service. Those workers would probably be the first to complain if another restaurant did that to them. I don't care if they had 1 employee or 20 that is not the customers fault and I'm tired of companies blaming a 100 other things and not taking accountability for their employees actions. We just get "sorry" like that means anything when they know what they did is wrong. Update as of Nov 2 between contacting Arby's directly, this review, AND calling corporate and essentially getting the blow off that they would pass my concern on again about being sold food that sat for over 2 hrs I guess this stores location just doesn't care about their customers as I've never received any phone call, any email, any sort of apology whatsoever. I will say I'd be embarrassed if any of my customers contacted me and I just completely...
Read moreThe new name for Arby's at Lakeshore next to Dairy Queen should be called the hide and seek, because I ordered the new beef cheddar and bacon sandwich recently advertised on TV I proceeded to open up the rapper of the sandwich looked in just saw bread opened up the bread and saw three small pieces of what you could call beef and two small slivers of bacon less than a half an inch a piece like that old lady said in the commercial where's the beef look like they were playing a game with their sandwiches of hide and seek under the cheddar also ordered the large order of potato cakes which were completely burnt yet they were cold to the touch again the potato cakes were so burnt I didn't seem to find any potato on the inside plus they didn't want to honor their coupons even though I just received them within the week maybe that's why when I saw Bernie cozaar on TV for the Browns game he looked like he was on a diet or starving or eating at this Arby's sorry Bernie I love you but you need to do something about the managers the service and the food at that Arby's worst ever. My recommendation 4 this Arby's is to go long and pass it just like Bernie used to for the Browns, I would like to only give it a quarter of 1 * but I don't have any bread or cheese to cover it up and play hide...
Read moreI ordered food via drive thru, order #368. The chicken sandwiches I got were cold and they didn't put marinara with mozzarella sticks, even though they were specifically requested. When I called the manager "Emily" she was rude at best. She never apologized, and made excuses for the poor quality of food she allowed to be served. When told about sauce forgotten she stated"oh it wasn't in the bag" and offered no apology. Best she could do was tell me to stop up tomorrow for a free meal card. I didn't want a meal card, I wanted dinner tonight which I had picked up and was terrible. Never again will I eat here. Worst service and worst quality...
