Everytime I go here to this location they fill my cup only 3/4 when I'm asking for no ice, even tho they are charging $1 extra when you request no ice. They are the slowest Dunkin. If you ask them to fill the cup to the top they get an attitude and still don't fill it to the top. Today they gave me my avocado toast in a container that had stuff on the bottle. It was disgusting and luckily I didn't sit it on my lap as I was on my way to work!

I’m out on the road at 5 in the morning so this location is only one near me open for business at that time. More times than not my order is wrong. Usually I go through the drive thru but yesterday I went inside. I ordered a drink and a sandwich, which I watched the lady make without gloves. Gross! Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Cant say I’d recommend them. Included a couple pics of when they actually get it right.

What has happened to this location?! Holy cow!

They can't seem to figure out the mobile order procedure because every time I get to the window they ask for payment when I just told them 3 minutes prior that I had a mobile order and to pull around. EVERY TIME.

Orders are never right. I order a vanilla cream donut which according to the app is powdered, I get chocolate frosted every time. I'll still eat it, but frustrating.

Today I ordered a donut (which was wrong, again) and donut holes. They put the donut in the bag then dumped the assorted (I ordered just glazed) holes ON TOP of my donut. So everything was one big mess by the time I got home.

Also, charging $1 for pup cups now? Their espresso drinks are up there with Starbucks pricing... next time I'll just go there. Dunkins prices aren't worth the bad service anymore. Save yourself time and go to Starbucks... quality drinks, service and your order is what you...

I go to Dunkins probably 3 times a week. And usually its only the one on Vine street but this morning i was out in Mentor. So my complaint is that i ordered a LG double double hot coffee. Easiest thing ever with a donut for my toddler. Of course at first when they say ok thatll be 4.50 im thinking wow thats more than a dollar than it usually costs at the other one. Get to the window and guy hands me a straw. I say um you guys know i got a hot coffee right? So i hear the girl in the back say oh i put an iced coffee its supposed to be hot. So they give me the coffee and shoo me off. I got charged knowingly for an iced coffee and they didnt change it and give me my 2 dollars extra back that i...

The service over the last couple of years has dramatically declined. I ordered to frozen coffees today that were watery and discolored, when I returned the drinks I was met with very rude and nasty responses when asking for a refund. Eventually my card was snatched from my hand by the associate conducting the refund and when I requested the name of the individual and the name of the manager the young lady at the window refused to give me the information. From the nasty customer service to receiving stale and burned food I will never return to...
