Starbucks — Restaurant in Mercer Island

Most Staff here are amazing, very friendly, respectful and professional. One stands out for me thats why I gave the store a 5stars review and I look forward to seeing her every morning I get my mocha. She wears glasses and her hair up in a pony tail with a head band or bandana tied to the front. She is tall and slim, this lady goes out of her way to give the very best customer experience with a genuine smile. Her manager told me that her name is Megan. I remember the very first day I came to this particular store . I would say I was very sceptical being a person of color and above all not knowing what to order because I was not really a Starbucks enthusiast. This lady went out of her way to give me options then suggested Mocha. I have been hooked since to this drink and even when I finally ordered for hot chocolate it wasn't anything like the mocha. Given the times we are in, we really need people like her around to remind us all there is still hope...

They usually have the lights up all year and it makes it having some coffee nice. Recently they took them down and it’s messing up the experience. It’s not just that though im starting to notice parking isn’t looking to good. The absence of lights is causing sort of blindness and some people aren’t parking in the lines. I can’t really see outside and even though Mercer island is relatively safe when I go out and it’s dark, I get a little scared. They should put the lights back up ASP before they start losing binuess. Also they used to have couche chairs outside that were super comfortable but they replaced them with regular chairs. I’m not sure if they got rid of them but they should definitely bring them back. Please...

I just moved close to this Starbucks and every employee is so sweet and kind. My pups LOVE Meme and she makes sure they always have their pup cups.
