We live about 30 seconds from this location so of course this would be the McDonald's we would use when we want something g fast. The problem is, THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION. Literally, ever. It never fails every single time I order delivery, pick up, drive through, or anything they are ALEAYS screwing up the order. Bags are thrown together haphazardly with fries dumping out and sandwiches half open, sauces are never accounted for, and heaven forbid you order more than one bundle, you'll only receive half the food ordered. I have to be one of those perks every time now that holds up the line because I've been burnt by this specific location so many times I have to check the bag and make sure everything is there. When delivered it's much the same. I worked Mcds for 2.5 years and if this is the standard they are allowing now it's appalling. Messy bags, half filled fry boxes (can't even count how many times I've gotten a large and two medium fries just to dump an entire medium in the large box to fill it) This place is a joke and they are making zero effort to improve after 3 years of my living so close. Read moreI hope the owner reads this. I will start with a compliment to the daytime crew and their managers. They are fast and accurate…and friendly. No issues whatsoever. I go to your restaurant ALLOT because I literally live across the street. I wish I could give your restaurant a solid thumbs up, but I can’t. Not yet.
Here’s the bad news. The closing shift crew absolutely sucks. I went in today and the dining room was trashed as I saw the manager with his cane walk right past it to go on his break. Music was blasting in the back (music that is not appropriate for a public establishment), frustrated Doordashers waiting for their orders (I helped a woman cancel her order because she had already been waiting over 15 minutes), and orders on the order display were being placed on the wrong column. I saw several orders being placed in the “Now Serving” column, but were in reality STILL being prepared.

Read moreAlright literally EVERYTIME I come through this drive thru (I do daily for breakfast before work) the employees are just entirely unsatisfied and rude, literally I’ve never once had a nice encounter in the months I’ve came here but I don’t let it phase me or take it personally. Why I’ve never submitted a bad review. But today around 9:40 am there was a very nice woman at the 1st window and an insanely kind woman at the 2nd window, she went out of her way and helped me add an orange juice to my order. If it were anyone else I’ve encountered at the second window, I would have just went to the gas station for some juice! I didn’t look at their names but you two were amazing and I hope to see you more and I hope you ladies see this. Employees like this receive immense recognition, especially in a world that has forgotten how to be genuinely kind. This is one of the worst locations to work at from the awful things I’ve heard, so bless your souls for shining some positive light and kindness, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
