I paid for coffee. What I got was maybe half a drink buried under a mountain of ice, the photos say it all. I get that iced drinks come with ice, but this was excessive. Two sips and it was gone. For the price, this is unacceptable. Please stop skimping on the actual coffee.

I know you’re new however, having your oven broken on your first week of opening is kind of bad for business I would say. Staff is a little slow. I know they’re all new, but people are trying to get off to work and having to wait in line for 3 to 4 minutes to get a drink is a little much. Especially when you’re not busy. I live right here so hopefully you can get everything in line, so your business continues...
