Where do I begin... first and foremost, if you have any other Papa Murphys near you besides this store, PLEASE go there instead!
My husband went to pick up pizza from this one on Tuesday night. I used the app to make the order for pick up since it was on the way home from his work. He did arrive a little earlier than I had requested on the app. No problem. The problem is the manager, Nickie.
We typically order from the one in Kuna, even when we use ANY of the online discounts, they allow us to use his military discount in addition. He fought two combat deployments in Afghanistan and is medically retired from the Air Force. Well they stated they can not take his discount because their owner does now allow it to be combined. We’ve NEVER had an issue until now at any store. So my husband grabbed the pizza and left.
Once he got home, I realized their were two items missing that equaled $10 from our order. Now I was irritated. So I called the store to see if we could rectify the situation. I spoke to Mia, explained the issue and she stated she would get someone to help us. Nickie then came on the line. Before doing so, and without her realizing I could hear her she said “let me put on my nice voice because I know what this is going to be about”. Awesome start.
I told her the issues I had with our order and the discount and she explained to me that she told my husband he was able to pick the items out that were his from the open section, which he was not told and that’s why we were missing some items. I told her I wasn’t happy with the quality of service and she became more agitated with an attitude. I explained that I felt like a refund was necessary for the $31 we spent on our dinner. She agreed that we could come in with the card we paid for for the full refund.
After our conversation I submitted the interaction to their online website for the poor customer service and missing items in addition to how unpleasant Nickie was to work with.
Fast forward to this morning going to get our refund. She stated that her manager called her and said that they would not allow for us to have a full refund but only the $10 of the items we didn’t receive. My husband wasn’t in the mood to argue and just wanted this to be over with and stated we wouldn’t be returning to this location. The real kicker is she only gave us $8 because she applied his military discount to the items....
Read moreTuesday is known as $12.99 large pizza day. In the past, ordering a custom pizza, I was told it is UP to 5 toppings. Today my husband and I ordered 2 identical pizzas: 4 toppings total on the whole pizza (½ sausage, bacon, mushroom, onion and the other half was sausage x 2, olive, onion). Chris tried to ring the pizza up several times unsuccessfully. Each time he would cancel and re-ring the pizza, he would put in the wrong toppings so I would correct him many times. In the end, the cost for the 2 pizzas was over $47 which I knew was wrong and should have been $27.54. I did put a tip in the box, which I would later regret. Chris did fix the cost and make the pizzas. Once home. I opened the pizzas and there was no sausage on the side with the mushrooms and only lite sausage on the the other half. I called and a gentleman named Ryan answered. I explained the issue and that my husband was heading back as we spoke to get some sausage. Ryan said no worries ask for me and we will make it right. A short time later my husband arrived home with the sausage and a story of awful customer service by Chris who preferred to argue with my husband over what toppings I wanted on my ½ of the pizza instead of just giving him some sausage. Chris stated that the Tuesday special was only 3 toppings and maintained he made the pizzas right. Chris's response was very unprofessional and he was mumbling under his breath as he filled some dipping cups with sausage. Upset I called back to speak with Ryan, but it was Chris that answered the phone so I asked if Ryan was in and his response was "He's in, but I don't know where." I then asked what Ryan's title was and he responded he didnt know. I then asked Chris what his title was and he said manager. I asked, "If you are the manager, why don't you know what Ryan's job title is?" He stumbled around trying to answer. I continued the questioning with who is his manager was, and he replied Laura is the owner. I thought I was getting somewhere, so I asked if she was in and he said I just missed her. I asked when would she be back and he said maybe next week some time. Alright, Chris has not been helpful at all, so due to this, I am posting a 1 star review, hopeful Laura will see this and address some of the problems we encountered today at...

I ordered half a hawaiian, half pepperoni with extra sauce because they always skimp on the sauce, there was barely any sauce even though I specifically ordered extra sauce! I'm so mad, I have covid and all I wanted was some good pizza and this place disappointed, again. Barely any ham or pepperoni was even on my pizza. I ordered this pizza at 2pm for pickup at 415pm, they had plenty of time. I've emailed and left reviews and no one has reached out to me.
This used to be my favorite papa murphys. We used to order once every few weeks until they messed up my order every time. We ordered again after like 6 months and they still messed up my order. I placed the order online, it said est time 30 minutes so I gave it an hour and when we went for pick up, it wasn't even made. There were like 8 tickets unworked and everyone was in the back. This is the experience I've been having since any 6 months ago. Idk what happened but this location is terrible. Zero effort involved in making the pizza, there is never any sauce on it.
