We stopped going to this location. Used to go daily but after about 30 consecutive days of our drinks being made wrong, we gave up, and started going all the way to Garrity location where the drinks are always made right. One day while driving by we decided to risk it all, and give this location another try. There was one car in the drive thru ahead of us. After giving the drink to that car, for 5 minutes, a guy and a girl hung out the window talking to the driver, who was apparently a friend or something. While we waited, they hung out in the window talking and laughing. Then the female barista reached out and rubbed all over a dog that was in the car with her bare hands. Finally the driver drove off. We assumed our drink was sitting melting, but actually it had not even been made when we got the window. We then witnessed the shock of the dog rubbing barista, making our drinks without washing her hands, then grabbing the drink with her hand on the lid touching the drinking spout, and handed it out the window to us. We were too shocked to say or do anything. We drove to the front and parked, deciding whether to take the drink inside and confront her. We then noticed the label, this was not our drink at all. Went inside, where she apologized and gave us the correct drink which was sitting on the counter. The one she gave us, had been another customer's order. Finally got our drink, took a sip and as always, it was made completely wrong. No coffee flavor in a shaken espresso, just a very expensive glass of milk. For the record, it was at 1:20 pm Saturday 7/26/25, in case the corporate office would like to know who was working at the time. Read moreWent through the drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a usual on my way home (20 min away). About half way home I took my first drink and it was sour. I called and relaid the information and was told that it couldn’t be sour because she recently checked the dates. I insisted that something was wrong with the drink. She asked what time I ordered and what I ordered. She said that the drink wasn’t ordered at their location. I read the store number from the sticker on my drink and she said that I could come back right then and have it re made. I advised that I live 20 minutes away but that I would try to make it. I came the next day and went into the store. The lady at the front who originally helped me was very kind. She apologized and said that she would check on things and comped my drink to re make it. I also order additional drinks. Surprise…. The drink was sour again. I informed the barista that maybe the soy milk was sour because this is the second day in a row that it tasted awful. She said that she’s been making drinks for 3 hours hasn’t done anything different. I asked her to please help problem solve because something isn’t right. She offered to make it with an alternative milk. Okay thank you. Once the drink was made with almond milk it was delicious. One of the other two drinks I ordered was made using mocha instead of white mocha. The barista got so irritated. I feel like she was acting like I was a BIG problem. Read moreI have been to quite a few Starbucks in the Treasure Valley and only because my daughter loves them. I honestly was like Starbucks, ehh... No thanks. NOT this location!! EVERY time I've been here the customer service is top notch. Always friendly and nice no matter who I'm talking to. I get a Ventilator Mocha Frapp with 6 pumps of mocha because I like how it tastes more like chocolate with the extra mocha, and it was actually an employee that suggested the extra pumps of mocha because I told her what I was wanting but didn't know which drink exactly I should get. Well surprisingly every, and I'm seriously not exaggerating, EVERY time I've ordered this drink it has been spot on and made the same. Not too runny, and it has tasted the same each time. I actually couldn't believe that no matter who made the drink that it was the same because everyone is different and there is normally some variation to the drink depending on who's making it. I feel the staff here commits their selves to a high level of service and quality in their drinks. So this is the only Starbucks I go to now. I look forward to my mocha frapp because I know it'll actually taste the way it's supposed to and be soo yummy EVERY time!!! This location has actually made me a loyal customer now, which I never thought would be possible for me! You've got to check this Starbucks out, but be prepared, you're going to want to keep...
