Subway — Restaurant in Meridian

My mom placed an online order 2/22/23 they were out of the item she placed fine but when my mom came up there to get it alethia refused service because my mom is her ex boyfriends mom she ran to the back and left the new girl by her self with no help the girl went to the back several times to ask for help and she refused my mom barley even knew her and never said anything to her for her to refuse service several more customers came in and she still refused to come out and help the new girl until my mom left the building that’s is unprofessional that kinda of behavior should not be acceptable I don’t care how many workers come and go have someone who has a bad attitude is not worth keeping everyone in life has to do things they don’t like but she didn’t even have to speak to my mom that girl needed help she was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do sad thing is the owner is so desperate for people that he doesn’t care I’ve come in to subway and seen girls in the hall making out with guys I’ve seen girl workers come out of the bathroom with a guy this whole place is just wack day time not bad but night when the kids work it’s a complete joke and I would be embarrassed to have a team like that and I know because I was alethia manager before at a different place stop letting little kids run shifts at night without actual...

This location of subway was excellent. They have two different types of mozzarella for the meatball sub and their tomatoes, lettuce and spinach is the best quality I've seen in ANY SUBWAY.
