Was excited when this one opened 3 minutes from our house because we usually go to the one in eagle; however, when we tried it out we took our 2 year old with us and ended up walking out. It was open seating and when we sat down a young kid brought us silverware and menus right away and said our server will be with us soon, which that was great. After that we waited fifteen minutes while watching 6-8 people standing behind the counter talking and multiple people walk by and ignore us. The who I believe was supposed to be our server go to the table behind us and to the left of us multiple times, we didn’t even get the chance to ask for a high chair. After fifteen minutes of not even getting water we got up and left I waved to the group of people still standing behind the counter talking and they said “bye have a great day”. I responded with we haven’t seen anyone in fifteen minutes and walked out and I could hear who I believe was the manager start asking who had that table. Disappointing, went to broken yok in the same parking lot and was served right away. Not sure if we will go back to that location
Update: The owner spent the time to track my contact info down and reach out to me. He apologized for the situation and addressed the issues I brought up. While it was not a good experience for us he took accountability for it and did not blame fix at all. After talking to him I really appreciate his passion about customer service and I know I won’t have another experience like that and we will definitely be going back. I hope all restaurant owners have the same customer service mentality and the ability to own up to and correct mistakes...
Read moreI like the Eagle Griddle location so I thought I'd try this location. I was so disappointed in the service aspect of this experience. When paying nearly $20 a plate for breakfast, a customer should never have to wait for a coffee or water refill. This is serving 101. We had to continually call for a server to help us with anything we needed instead of them simply checking in to see how we were doing. Food was served and I was asked if I wanted condiments...I said yes and we had to wait a while and finally call for a server to bring them to us, well after our food was served. The restaurant was not very busy, and they seemed appropriately staffed to cover all the customers. Our server was just very unattentive. Customers should not be left to feel like they are imposing on the servers to bring them something. He did not check in after food was served (by other staff) to see that all was good or if we needed anything else. I wouldn't recommend this location. Food was just ok. There are much better choices in the area for breakfast that will treat the...
