By far the worst Panda experience I’ve had across the valley. I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s exceptionally bad or very good. I’ve been to this location around 7 times since we moved closer to this one Panda. This location continually gets my order wrong, tends to give very small portions and makes me feel bad for coming 45 minutes before closing (has happened a few different times when they let me know they were “closing soon” and that’s why they were out of certain items).

This last time, I ordered my wife fried rice and two entrees. They gave her very very small portions of both entrees making it look like it was a one entree and then gave us extra white rice instead of fried rice. The person taking my order initially didn’t acknowledge me at the speaker box until they finished with the other order. I could tell since my order only took seconds and when I went around the corner the other customer in front of me was gone. This has happened multiple times and this was by far the worst experience out of all of them. This will be the last time I go to the Ten Mile location. $10.49 for a bunch of rice and broccoli with a very small amount of meat. The person at the window was very nice and fast but that’s about the only highlight. If the manager ends up reading this review my experience has always been in the evening around 6-8pm and through the...

I typically visit this location and have usually not had any issues - aside from the fact that gift cards across all locations seem to never work properly. It always takes the cashier multiple swipes, scans, and number inputs to get them to apply to the order. This has happened across multiple locations and gift cards and it seems like Panda has yet to fix the issue. I know for a fact that these gift cards have money on them, too, as I've checked their balances online.

Today, I decided to use up two gift cards (bad idea in hindsight) and redeem a rewards offer that was expiring. The first gift card applied after a few attempts, but didn't pay for the whole meal. I handed the casher the second gift card and after multiple attempts and the line starting to back up, they gave up and handed it back to me. There was no solution offered or even an apology, and we stood there awkwardly for a few moments before I begrudgingly paid for the rest of the meal.

I'm frustrated that this has been a constant experience with Panda. I hate causing the line to back up, and having to unexpectedly pay for the meal when I wouldn't have ordered otherwise is disappointing. I've reached out to customer service, but if nothing comes of it, I likely won't be returning for a while. There are better places to spend...

Very good Chinese fast food but it's no P.F. Chang's and always the same never nothing new or exciting or I eat there to often. They have some tasty dishes and dishes that have taste but then again aren't they suppose to have food that taste good. The service is good and the politeness is there but boy are they always in a hurry to rush you right through with no chance to even look at what is available even when your the only couple people in the place and this is an every time experience, rush, rush, rush. They need to slow down a little so they notice when they spoon mostly vegetables and miss giving you the meat in the dish that they intended to. Or that a fresh entree is up and waiting right behind them so they didn't need to scrape the sides of the dish for my portion just slow down and pay attention to their surroundings and not heard me through like cattle again when the place is empty. I've never not once been offered to view what's available and ahead or even what is right in front of me for that matter. If I do ask about a dish they are polite and offer a taste of it on a toothpick though and that is nice. Prices are really fair and the portions are...

I recently visited the Panda Express location in Meridian, Idaho on Ten Mile & McMillan to pick up dinner for my family. This has always been my favorite location because of their fast service, consistently good food, and friendly staff. Everyone there genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and it creates a great atmosphere. I ordered a Kung Pao Chicken bowl with chow mein, and it was absolutely delicious—just the right amount of spice and flavor. I also picked up two Beef and Broccoli bowls with chow mein for my family. While the broccoli was slightly overcooked and there wasn’t a lot of beef in the bowls, the overall flavor was still really good. I wish that I could have the opportunity to try this bowl again when it has more beef. Maybe management will give me a reason to try it again! Despite that small issue, I’m happy with my visit and will definitely continue ordering from this location. Great job, Panda Express Meridian team!

What a terrible experience! We ordered through Uber Eats. The first thing on the list is Orange Chicken (as usual). However, it turns out that they have a “promotional” spicy Orange Chicken. And, it is ridiculously spicy, so unless you have an insanely high spice tolerance, that it is inedible. And, because they mix all their food together, it made most of the rest of the food inedible as well. We called the restaurant and they said they wouldn’t fix our order. The manager, Carolyn Beaman, was actually quite rude about it.

The food LOOKS appetizing but honestly it’s trash. I remember PE used to be SO good and affordable, but it has become expensive and gross. I love Chinese food but PE just isn’t it. Not sure if they changed recipes or collectively stopped caring about quality, but truly all I taste from here is chemicals and artificial flavors. I won’t ever return, especially when there are take-out places where it costs the same amount of money for WAY better food.
