Dunkin' — Restaurant in Merrimac

The only reason I'm even giving this Dunkin' Donuts a 2 is purely because of how nice the woman taking my order was. If it weren't for her I would have given them a 1 and that's being generous. I ordered a medium hot coffee and 2 donuts. I pulled up to the window to a frantic and rude young woman (not the same one who took my order). I handed her my money and she thrust my coffee in my hand, which I almost dropped because it had coffee ALL OVER the cup and lid. She handed me my changed and shut the window, which I assumed was so she could grab the donuts. I waited 4 minutes and during that time could hear her screaming, cussing, and the occasional "ughhhh" "ohhh my giddddd". She came back to the windiw finally and when she realized that it was still me said, "oh my god are you kidding me?!" before opening the window. I calmly said, "I'm sorry but I ordered two donuts and didn't get them." She sighed and closed the window, looked into a bag, then proceeded to yell to me while the window was closed, "what donuts did you want?" I waited for her to open the window and said, "chocolate glazed and Boston cream please." She ran to get the donuts and again I could hear her cussing and yelling "ughhhhh". As she came back to the window and handed me the donuts she said to another coworker, "Great, my times all screwed up now ughhhh!!"

Maybe if you weren't so rude and obnoxious and you paid attention instead of trying to rush orders you would've noticed what I ordered. Maybe if you actually looked at the window once instead of waiting 4 full minutes to come back your time wouldn't have been screwed up.

Also, I didn't even drink my coffee because after I inspecting my cup, I noticed the lid and outside of the cup were not only covered in coffee, but they both looked extremely dirty like it had been dropped and then someone just added coffee to what spilled out of it. AND I LEFT A DAMN TIP....

I ordered my coffee at 530am on the dunkin app for walk in. I do this because the drive thur at this location is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Probably because the lady working there at this time is to busy talking and complaining about her life to the other employees there. I know this to be the case because as I said i walk in 99% of the time and this is what she is doing. Maybe if she just stopped talking and did her job when there atmre customers there this wouldn't be the case. However I get to the store at 535am door is locked with no sign on the door and I can see the workers inside. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I could see if she was the only one working but this is not the case this morning. So now I have to go thru the drive which just happens to have 2 cars in front of me so you would think it would be quick. Nope 5:43am I get my coffee. Yes. My coffee thats it! 13 minutes to get a coffee using the dunkins app. This is completely unacceptable and...

Women working here were super displeased that we placed an order, and we only ordered a bagel with butter and orange juice. It took long enough for them to make and by the time we received our order I had finished the OJ. I’ve never seen that much butter put on a bagel before. It’s started melting right out of its wrapper and all over my husbands lap, so now he has butter on his pants (awesome). We went back in prior to try and wipe off the butter and had to wait for napkins because there weren’t any out. When we finally got their attention we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking. It was too late though because most of the butter melted on to the bagel essentially ruining its integregity.
