Dunkin' — Restaurant in Merrimack

Live by this Dunks and go out of my way to go to the one in South Merrimack or Bedford. Line is always backed up, even in the daytime I am the only one in the drive thru. Almost always wait a minimum of 7 minutes. 2 weeks ago my husband and I waited 17 minutes in drive through for 2 iced coffees and there was only 3 cars in front of us when we pulled up. Another time I took a 23 minute phone call while I sat in the drive thru waiting with only 2 people in front of me. Not sure if it's the lack of employees or training, probably both. But from a business perspective the owner should figure it out. For every minute people wait it's lost money! If this place was more efficient the owner could make 100x more profit and you wouldn't have so many people upset. I'm sure it doesn't help the employees take any initiative when, I'm sure, they are constantly dealing with...

I do usually come to this location mon-fri since its on my way to work and I usually don't have an issue. Sometimes they are a little slow when it comes to the drive-thru, when you go through a drive-thru it's usually supposed to be quick that's why there's drive-thrus, but there are times where I have sat at the drive-thru window waiting for about 10 minutes. This morning they were having a computer issue with just the computer that They use for the drive-thru and instead of taking my card and going to the other register I waited at least 10 minutes and I still didn't get my order. I had to drive away with out my coffee or food because I couldn't wait any longer. No one said sorry about the wait or I'll be right with you nothing they just continue to fix the computer and not addressed me so I...

Nope. The manager is always rude. I cringed today when I heard his voice. I have a medical condition where I cannot have any of the breads at DD. So I order a bread less sandwich. Since many people don’t know what I mean, I explain it to the drive thru people. I began to explain it to him and he dismissed me in the middle of the explanation “yeah yeah I got it”. When I received my sandwich it was layered from bottom to top like this: Paper tray, then melted cheese to it, then an egg, then another egg and bacon on the top of it. I had to try to “peel” the melted cheese off and construct the sandwich to where the egg acts as the bread. If you find people annoying or don’t wish to accommodate people then I suggest you find another job where you do not have to talk with people. I would not recommend this...
