We have made several orders from this Merritt Island location. We have had a couple of bad orders, BUT nothing like tonight's!!!
Part of our order included a veggie pizza with pepperoni, it was made wrong (they forgot to add pepperoni) and we called (at 6:32pm) and spoke to a "lady" called Jocelyn, posing as a manager. After saying I had placed the order incorrectly, I asked her to review my order and she acknowledged the oversight was in fact on their side. She was apologetic and said it would be replaced and re-delivered. Well at 7:30 we had not heard anything, so I called and spoke with a Victoria, another management "poser" who said they were expecting me to pick it up! I explained that that was not the case. Victoria said a new one would be made and would be sent over within 20 minutes.
Well 10 minutes later a "new" pizza was at the door. It was obviously the one created around 6:30! It looked like a pizza version of croutons with dried, bruised veggies!
My wife called back to say the pizza was not fresh and she was consequently thoroughly abused on the phone by Jocelyn, and was advised that nothing would be done!
I called back to attempt to clarify and was "greeted" (YELLED AT!!!) by Victoria. I told her their service, product and her attitude were unacceptable. She retorted that there was nothing I could do as she was a long term (8 year) employee and that her word against mine carried much more weight and she was not a bit concerned about me doing anything, particularly reviewing our experience and/or contacting her superiors. After me questioning her I was told that she would never be fired and she talks to customer "any way she likes!"
WELL, NOT THIS ONE!!!
These unintelligent and uncaring individuals are either misrepresenting the Domino's brand or are in an induced stupor (by who knows what?) and they feel they have a demigod status.
It is my commitment to get the brand's attention and have them apologize for the disgusting way in which my wife was addressed and I will further demand that they either be re-trained or replaced!
Avoid this disdainful Domino's branch as you will be met with Empathy, Ignorance combined with an overwhelming dose of unhealthy contempt.
In spite of the above, I ordered my wife the pizza she wanted, repaid for it and we will keep you...
Read moreFor some reason I have been unable to order online due to what I can only assume is a glitch in the system that claims Delivery is not offered to my location? My location being a block away from their store... The same one I've often gotten delivered too from this same location many times. Unfortunately now it claims I have the pick up option.. I normally wouldn't be that bothered by this inconvenience, however it continues to happen even after I've very politely mentioned it to more than one employee when going into pick up my pizza & 2 months later is still an issue. I went as far to download the app in hopes it would offer a different result.. I LOVE their pizza otherwise they'd have a stellar review, they also when I'm avle to get my pizza delivered are super quick to get it to me! All I ask is fix your website glitch as I often find it much more convienant to order this way.
I also wwnt to add that when I've ordered from other locations such as my old address i had to call back and forth between two locations almost everytime I ordered bcuz each claimed to not be the store that delivered to my location... They both gave me the others number claiming I was within their teritory. So this must be an issue of some confusion.. I am thinking some more clairification here for employees & customers alike could provide an easy solution. Thanks for the otherwise good pizza and speedy delivery!...
Read moreI was a very loyal customer to this location, embarassing to admit but spent over $100 a month on orders, until we had one small issue that could have been easily resolved. Instead of handling it professionally, the manager, Victoria, was very rude, UNprofessional, and showed absolutely zero regard for the fact that we were very loyal customers and made it clear that we are a dime a dozen so she did not care if we took our business elsewhere. I proceeded to call the cooperate office because surely they would want to know this is how their franchisees are handling their customers but again I have been met with nothing but generic, robotic-like responses, and nothing has been resolved. This company is completly unprofessional and clearly does not care at all about their customers. I know I should not have such high expectations from a less than mediocre pizza chain but I personally believe every business , big or small, should care about their customers and the quality of service they recieve.
