If you have a big order DO NOT take it here. They simply can not handle it or know how to work together as a team to get it done efficiently. Sat there patiently for over 30min then started getting annoyed. Order still missing things and saw all our sandwiches just sitting on the counter instead of a warmer. stood there for another 10min waiting for the rest of our order. Thought I finally had everything so we left. Then got home to find out we are still missing two sandwiches. Called them back to get what I paid for but had no proof of it bcuz I never recieved a receipt so im curious if I was even charged right. Went all the way down there to pick up other part of our order. Went in and all he said was "here you go." This entire interaction not one apology came out from anyone, not one smile, nothing! Horrible service, cold food, and took a hour for us to finally have everything. So done. No one tried to make up for any of their mistakes, yet looked at me as if it was my fault they didnt pay attention to their screens that list my order. I havent been so mad at a fast/ slow restaurant before. I just wanted my money back but I didnt want to deal with them anymore. This whole thing could have went a lot differently if someone tried to even slightly smile and be friendly and apologize. Take responsibility kids and learn how to say sorry, even if it is just out of curiosity, do it. I love Arby's but I wont be returing to this one for a few years till...
Read moreI was literally the only person going through the drive through and there didn't appear to be any customers inside. The parking lot was empty. I place my order and pay at the window for which I am told to pull around and wait in front. I'm like, I'm the only one in line! They respond well it's for our performance. I'm like well it's faster to hand my food through the window rather than wait to have someone walk it it out. The guy at the window gave me a disgusted look, turned his back to me and I went to the front. When the girl came out a few minutes later with my order I said sorry for having to walk out my order (still no other customers). She said oh no, it's for all the sensors they have everywhere to insure we are performing. I'm like well how does that change the fact I had to wait for my order. The system isn't telling the wizard that a customer had to wait. I also explained it's annoying for customers to be told to move when there is literally no one else. I told her I don't blame. The employees, it was the fry machine or whatever was the delay that kept me from getting my order right away. Honestly I love fresh fries but I detest playing these data manipulation games to make a store manager look good. I hope the manager and the powers that be up the chain read this so they know their gaming the system isn't helping customer satisfaction. By the way, the food was good and the fries...
Read moreThe biggest problem with Arby's roast beef sandwiches these days are that they allow the brisket to cook too long. Bobby May taste fresh because they are thinly sliced from the brisket itself, the meat rarely taste fresh sliced because it has been overcooked. I can actually remember the first time I went to an Arby's. It was in Wichita falls Texas in November of 1970, I did not even know about the restaurant Arby's and went in on a whim. I remember asking the young man behind the counter what Arby's was and he replied America's Roast Beef Yes Sir. After that first bite, I was hooked on a very good tasting sandwich. It was not long after that that people who ran the different franchise stores began overcooking the brisket and The taste went downhill from there. Since the first 1970 visit, I have only found one store one time that created the tasty sandwich that I first had on my first visit to Arby's that was at a store in the northwest corner of the panhandle of Florida. I actually turned around and drove back to the store to get five more sandwiches. On my return visit as I was leaving Florida I stopped in that store again only to discover today is going to the way of overcooking the brisket. Which is too sad because I know that if people want to taste that Arby's sandwich the way I get back in 1970 and again in 2016 there would be lines for me outside the stores to...
