We flew into town from Texas to visit my husbands cousin Chef Ricky Ellis , and I must state the service was Great. The staff were very attentive, and even kept the drinks full. The food was great and hot. Great job to everyone aboard as I watched them take down a line out the door. The location offered outside seating which I happily obliged. The air was nice touch , as we tried our best to order a little of everything. Cousin Chef Ricky wanted us to try the pumpkin pancakes with the sauce and they were amazing. He showed us his display of deserts along the entry of the restaurant. The food was hot, and tasty. The atmosphere inside was even nice as smiles lit up the room. That was the love they felt in the food I’m sure of that. Ricky took pride in being a Chef, and he made sure he told you he was well trained in his field. It was his calling for sure. As this location has now closed, I hope the memories live with you through his cooking. Ricky has passed away Nov , and I know he loved the owners and staff so I wanted to come back and share a great memory from our visit 2021

This is the second Crackers location and both feature and exceptional selection of homemade recipes for breakfast and lunch. Over the years the menu has featured standards like omelettes, skillets, waffles and pancakes and added special flavors and touches to them. Lunch, likewise, has soup and sandwich perspective with the most amazing selection of great tasting sandwiches anywhere in the Valley. The speciality of their flavors sometimes harken to southwest flair but more often show a eastern European richness. Where it all comes together is the amazing BlackBerry bread pudding. Don't go and don't leave without trying this stellar dessert. I've been going to Crackers for 25 years. You can't go wrong bringing family here for breakfast or lunch. Winning every tine. The staff is always pleasant and kind. They serve food quickly and efficiently. They always keep things rolling and stay on top of the customers needs. If you come in prime time breakfast hours you will be waiting a bit, but that is to be expected from great eateries.

My lady and I tried Crackers for breakfast for the first time and we came away impressed! She selected bacon, eggs, house potatoes, toast and coffee. I had a hamburger steak, eggs, house potatoes and an iced tea. I tend to like beef more towards rare/medium rare and the cook nailed it to perfection for me! Sandy our server was super friendly and on top of everything while managing multiple tables simultaneously. She checked on us several times and we never had to ask for drink refills once as she had it covered. Thanks Sandy! Also, the noise level was average as there were several tables that had families with children but it was still easy to hold a conversation. Our bill came out to a bit over $30 which included tip. Both my lady and I had leftovers and took them home and enjoyed another meal that evening. So, $30 for four meals, not too bad! We plan on returning again to try Crackers for lunch in the near future.

Close to the worst service I’ve ever had. Wife and I arrived just before 10:00. Was promptly greeted at the door and seated. Was advised our waiter would be Chris. That was the end of anything good I could say about the place. After several minutes I started looking for who I thought would be Chris. Saw who eventually would show up as Chris casually chatting with other servers. Minutes later I observed other servers inquiring about who had our table. Finally here comes Chris. He was cordial and spoke up nicely. Took our breakfast order and two coffees. Minutes went by and no coffee. I then turn my attention to Chris again. He again is chatting with other servers. Standing in front of the server’s station looking around the restaurant. Even took a stroll to the front desk. But never looked our way or thought about our coffee. Finally I asked a waitress walking by to ask our waiter to bring our coffee. Hooray here comes Chris with our coffee. I heard him mumble something under his breath. My wife told me it was “Sorry about that”. The previous nice voice was very muffled. If that had been all this review would not have been written. Again several minutes pass. Here comes Chris. He had lost our order and asked if we would give it to him again. My only response was “Seriously!” as I got up and left the restaurant. Fortunately for us there are many choices in this area and had a great breakfast and service just...

This was my first time at Crackers and I have kind of mixed feelings about it. The decor and murals on the walls were really cute and it seemed really cozy. The location seemed like a strange place to have a restaurant, so it was a pleasant surprise to come inside and discover how really cute it was.

Our server was really nice, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Seems like it may have started with a C? He did a good job.

The food was... okay. I had the crab cake benedict and there was nothing wrong with it at all, it just didn't wow me at all either. I've had that a couple of other places before, so was excited to see it on the menu here... but honestly, I wouldn't order it again.

Also, my potatoes had zero heat in them. I don't know how they managed that, being that we were some of the very first people there, one would think the potatoes would have been fresh off the griddle. I liked the style of them though and would love to have some hot ones to see how good they really are.

So overall, it was a really cute place with good service and mediocre food. I might consider going back and trying something totally different and see if I can give a higher rating, because they do have a pretty good selection of items, so maybe I need to go again sometime.

I will put an update in, if I go again and have...

This is my second time here. First time I had a horrible experience my server that never gave me his name gave me a down right unreferable experience. I was asked by Dustin to give this place a second try. My first time my daughters food was forgotten, I was ignored numerous times when I tried to get my waiters attention I had to ask another waitress where the bathroom was, my toast was forgotten and served when the food was cold, I tried for 20 minutes 4 different time while my waiter was in the back room helping other tables to get his attention for the check i got fed up and walkes to the front to get someone else to get my check so i could pay and finally leave. Dustin asked me to come back on a day he works and he would make sure everything was better but i believe in 100% customer service and I worked for Apple and tried to live by every customer diserves my best so when I go out I expect the same and shouldn't have to be baby sat by managment. So after being put on display to the whole staff after getting sat and served by Lori she was very atentful and between the giggles and pointing and one of the other servers yelling "and shes back" while looking anf starying at me while he was coming out of the back so my overal opinion is great food, ok service will be eating at other locations not the one...
