Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mesa

There was a line to order food and the lady that was working the register would help one person then go to the back to help make food in-between every person in line. I placed my order and got a sausage breakfast sandwich and a churro coffee, thinking they still had it but wasn't told otherwise when ordering. I sat down to wait for the food and a different employee yelled across the store that they didn't have the eggnogg coffee anymore. I told her that's not what I ordered and she told me they didn't have the churro one either, ok that's fine I just asked for an iced coffee instead. I waited about 25 min for my food and drink. I still had not received my receipt so I stood at the counter with my food and waited for somebody to come back, when I asked for my receipt the lady was rude about it. Sat down to eat and it was the wrong sandwich it had ham and bacon that looked grey. I would have gone back up and told them it was wrong, but I had to be at work soon and didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes to get everything sorted and deal with the attitude I had already received. They seemed very busy in the back, there was only one other group in the store and 2 or 3 cars went through the drive through. I have not only ordered doordash but also gone through their drive-thru numerous times. Every time I receive a doordash order none of the special instructions are ever followed. Something as simple as please include catch up or ranch dressing which is actually one of the required choices on some of their items are ever included. If you go through the drive-thru in the morning be prepared to deal with a very salty rude lady named Janine I believe who acts like it's an inconvenience for her to take your order. If your order is going to take anything more than 30 seconds wait they will ask you to go around the store and go to the front I love you that way they can meet their quotas as far as the amount of time per order in the Drive-Thru. The french fries are always soggy and half the time the patties are overcooked I believe from probably sitting in Steam pans and for an extended period of time. I kid you know I have pulled up at least three or four times in the last month and then quickly left the parking lot thinking about my previous disappointments. Jack in the Box used to be my favorite but I'll happily go a hundred yards across the street to Sonic and get a much better meal by people who are...

Seems like it's hard for the employees to give you a poor experience. The food id made to order or "Short Order" so it's going to be a minute longer than Arby's. I say it's worth it, try the egg roll 3pk for $5.⁹⁹! Fresh! And the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, I enjoy customizing my item with extra meat or an extra egg. When you use the app to order everything is printed out precisely and my order is never wrong, all this is regarding ALL JIB restaurants. Plus using the app has a free item or a cash discount 90% of the time. The mini-churros are delicious and worth the $2.⁹⁹ especially on a cold morning! Being able to customize your breakfast and adding an extra egg and tacos is quite a selection of different food and I love it! The app has 2 for $ .⁹⁹ Tacos! Plus the specials don't stop. I advise you learn the app and earn points for free food too. I just enjoy JIB restaurants for the most part and enjoy eating the fresh and tasty food items here.
