Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mesa

When we were here they had a sign on the drive through menu that said "we are out of curly fries, ranch, ice cream, soda". That may have been enough to make most people leave but being an understanding person, I thought I'd stick with them. However, when my daughter realized before we got up to the window that she had ordered a sandwich that was $5.59 and she could have gotten a munchie box for $6, I figured they would rering the order or do something to make it right. I was wrong. I asked the drive through attendant if we could fix it and she interrupted me to tell me that she had to hurry and get to the car behind me because the register was about to close out for the day. Mind you, that just means that the register is unusable for about 2 minutes. Not for the rest of the night. Anyway, I asked her if I could pull forward then have her rering it and she said there was nothing she could do and wouldn't even hear me. We were fine paying full price for meals even though they couldn't give us drinks or even all of the food that was included in the meal but she couldn't give me a few minutes and minimal effort to take care of my concerns? This store should hire new staff and management (since I'm assuming that's who trained the sorry staff) at the very least. What a...

I drive up to the speaker and wait and wait then I wait some more I said hello? Then a tiny voice says over the speaker, I'll be with you in a moment. They had the girl taking orders in the drive threw, then going back and cooking the food then wrapping it all up and bringing it over to your truck then she takes your money and only then does she get to a point where she can take your order. She says what will it be? I said just a big Mac meal with a large coke. She was like hey foo, you know your not at McDonald's right? I was like I know, I was just testing you. So, I ordered my usual, the 12 piece bucket of original recipe with an extra side of coleslaw. And a Pepsi. She was like dude! Your not at flippin kfc! This is burger king, so what do you want? I laughed loud enough for her to hear me through the speaker then I said just give me the beef and cheddar meal with curley fries and 2 roast beef sliders with extra Arby's sauce and a rootbeer. She was silent for a few seconds then suddenly she said$12.47 at the second window please. I drove up to the window only to find it shut, locked and all the lights in the building were off. Worst service ever! Constantly being pushed out to wait in parking spots while other cars order and get their food and drive off. I ordered my food and literally waited for 25 minutes while 3 more cars pulled up beside me to wait for their orders as well and three more cars pulled into the drive thru and got their food immediately and exited and all this for a ultimate bacon cheese burger meal and some tacos! My drink was watered down from waiting in my car wasting my gas and not to mention I got home and realized they gave me the wrong drink. So whatever the problem is whether they're short staffed or just trying to look good for corporate as they push cars through the drive thru and make themselves look good like they're actually making food and getting it to the customer in a timely manner they need to fix it or do something because waiting 25 minutes for my food is ridiculous. I definitely won't be back to this location, this is not a one time thing, this happens every time I stop in after midnight during the week for the last couple of months. Enough is enough, completely unacceptable! I will find a new location. If I could give ZERO stars...
