Used to eat here all the time on lunch breaks from work and loved it. Moved and haven’t had them for a while. We tried a GrubHub order… two ham subs with the same specifications and a cheese pretzel. When the order arrived, there was one sub and one pretzel—the other sub we purchased was missing. We called the restaurant trying to figure out if the driver took part of our order or it was a restaurant error. The girl on the phone stated, “oh, yeah our system only shows one so we just prepared one”. Restaurant failed to look at the quantity or price to determine there were two subs ordered. This seems like a pretty easy detail not to miss, but maybe I’m incorrect. Obviously we could be reimbursed by Grubhub, but there’s still the inconvenience of one of us left without lunch to eat and it being a restaurant error. (The rest of us split part of our food so the third party could eat and I was embarrassed because I suggested the restaurant.) I called and asked if the restaurant did anything for a courtesy to cover their error and inconvenience (many places with good customer service will take down a name and offer some sort of credit to use on a next trip-free sub, dessert, etc. as a courtesy for poor service). Instead, the girl on the phone said, “well, you can try ordering online again or you can come down here and buy another and pick it up!” 1. Not wanting to pay fees and tip for one sandwich for a restaurant error and 2. We live far from the restaurant, hence the ordering. Quality of food was not bad. The ham subs have mediocre lunch deli meat. Rating is due to the experience with the restaurant, poor customer service after the restaurant error, and mediocre food. Options on the delivery app were also limiting. Unable to upgrade to a meal or have dessert. We are easygoing people but the overall experience was a bit much. It shouldn’t have been that hard for a restaurant to get a simple order correct or be courteous. Will not be purchasing food...
Read moreFirst off, all sub ingredients are important, but ifithe bread is sub-par (sorry) then you are sunk. Sorry again. It should be a little spongy and a bit chewy-not dry and flakey like at firehouse and subway. Ned gets this. All other ingredients are also top notch. I had a ham and cheese on white, 8" , but it was more like eleven. I held the tomato and added pepperocinis. It came with crispy shredded lettuce, crunchy white onions that were not too oniony, mayo, Ned's sauce (I didn't ask, but it was tangy and kinda like spiced olive oil with black pepper?) Seasoned with sea salt and pepper. So I had some pepper goin'. All awesome. It also came with a crispy pickle that was wrapped in a separate way so the juice didn't soak my bread. Place looks like a typical sub shop except it's super clean and the help is actually nice and friendly....

He prepared all the individual orders and separated them in a to go box. My colleagues enjoyed their delicious lunch very much!! The bread was fresh and the veggies were tasty. I appreciate the pickle too! Thank you Evan and all the employees who continue to carry on EXCEPTIONAL FOOD and CUSTOMER...
