Dia De Los Tacos LLC — Restaurant in Mesquite

Came for breakfast after seeing so many people rave about this place on social media and I can 100% see why! I’ve only found one other place since moving to DFW 7 years ago where I love their breakfast tacos and they have since closed, so I was ecstatic after taking a bite into this beautiful taco!

Their prices are very reasonable, everyone working there was wonderful, and the SAUCES were unforgettable. My favorite was the jalapeño lime cilantro ranch (“the green sauce”) but the chipotle ranch & house salsa were awesome as well! My breakfast taco was so good I went ahead and ordered another one!

Two things to note: • Everything is made to order, so don’t get mad when it takes more than a minute for you food, because it is 100% worth it • When you dine in you get complimentary chips & house salsa, so eat that while you wait for your food 😊

Update: still love their food, but it takes a long time to get it, and they are often so busy that phone calls don't go thru so it's not possible to call ahead unless you do it very early. The last time I went, I was told it was an hour wait for a pick-up order. I think it's time to expand this little venture into a proper restaurant, y'all. Creek Crossing obviously was thirsty for a taco place like this!

All the food here is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I tried the street taco combo today and was in heaven! Three street tacos, rice, beans, and a drink for $10.50. Walked in at 10 I am needing a big lunch order to be ready for an event. I was catering at 11 AM. This was a tall task to fill in under an hour, but the staff was friendly and said no problem. I got a mix between steak and chicken tacos each individually wrapped. The peppers were to the side and in a serving pan, which was perfect for the event. I also got a side of rice and beans both in catering pans. The amount of food was exactly what I was looking for even though there should’ve been leftovers.
