Little Caesars — Restaurant in Mesquite

If I could give a zero, that’s what this location should get. Very horrible customer service. I had a bad experience about a month ago, but tried giving this location another try. Team does not acknowledge customers when entering the store. I waited in the lobby about 7 minutes and not one person came to assist me. Granted, 1 male was busy boxing pizzas, the other 2 was doing other things as if I was not standing out there. I left and went got pizza from a different pizza chain. My advice to management: please provide customer service training to the kids that you hire. They should not be left alone in the store. Their behavior is a reflection of you, management team. I will not be going back to this location.

The pizza I ordered wasn’t what I was expecting. I ordered the old world pepperoni and there was barely any cheese, it was very dry and it was more crust than anything else. The pics online clearly show cheese and pepperoni all the way to the edge. That’s definitely not what I got. I ordered online including a Diet Pepsi but when I got there the drink fridge had zero diet options available and was mostly empty. The only way to get a refund on the drink was to refund the entire order (which takes 24 hrs to process) and repay for the pizza. The kids running the place were polite but maybe having at least one adult on staff would be a good idea for quality control purposes. HORRIBLE service. Ordered online, arrived at the appointed time only to have the 3 teenagers working there tell me it wasn’t ready. I joined the 4 other people waiting (1 of whom had been waiting over an hour); about 30 minutes later when I was finally at the “head of the line” I discovered that 2 of the pizzas I ordered had been sitting on a counter since before I arrived!! There was no manager around and the 3 teenagers just wandered from duty to duty within zero sense of urgency and not getting anything completed. I would drive father and pay more to avoid getting sucked into this situation again and everyone in the store with me agreed.
