@sonic...I must say that I am so deeply saddened by my most recent trip to this establishment on Cartwright. I pulled into the carhop stall 20 and preceded to place my order; 2 number 3's one with large fries the other with large tots and a strawberry sweet teas. I placed my order at 10:36 pm. I noticed cars leaving and pulling in constantly. The stall screen said Jennifer is on the way with my order so I figured all was well. I think ok great. Wrong...no Jennifer. At 10:50 pm I pressed the button again to inquire about my order. The lady comes on the intercom and says we are closed before I could say anything. This continued for 3 more button pushes. When I was finally able to speak I informed her I had not received my order. She apologizes and states there was only one person in the back. My initial plan was to beat the severe storm that was coming in. 11:00pm still no food. I pressed the button again and she states he is making my order now. I did not receive my order until 11:15 pm. I get home to check my order and the sweet strawberry teas ice was literally almost completely melted, the burgers were soggy. My daughters fries were cooked to a crisp and was hard, my tater tots tasted like a mouth full of grease like they put them in grease again. I spent $22 on food that I couldn't eat. I called the store to ask for a manager and the lady who was the same lady that took my order answered the phone. I asked for a manger. She then asks for the general manager or manager manager? I respond by asking for a manager of that location. She replies i am the manager. I then made told her who i was and what i ordered and told her I was just there. She hangs up the phone in my face and she must have blocked the number as my calls no longer were accepted. So since she would not take my call so we could handle things privately...I have no other recourse but to post this publicly. @sonic if this is how you are training your managers to handle conflicts resolutions then...

Ordered through the app. Spent 25 min waiting for 2 drinks. Pressed the stall button and asked for my drinks or a refund since thr guy on the other end said it was one or the other. I said to bring my drinks. Another 10 minutes went by and the guy who answered didn't bring my drinks. He actually came up to the stall and asked what my order was. Why would he have to ask if they received it in the back in the kitchen? Did they throw the order away? He explained again he can't partially refund if I only wanted 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered since I ordered through the app and I told him I'll take the drinks. I did ask to speak to the manager twice while talking to him and he didn't offer to go get them. He left and another 10 min went by. I had to press the stall button again and was greeted by a young lady who asked what I ordered and she brought my order out within 2 minutes of me talking to her through the stall. It should not have to be so much work to receive an order I had placed 30 min ago before getting to the location. It was literally a coke sero with sugar free cherry syrup and a cranberry limeade with blue raspberry and strawberry fruit added to it. I honestly don't think I will return to this location. The service was terrible other than the nice...

Came to this store tonight and was extremely disappointed in the service we received by Charlotte. She answered the speaker and was “huffing and puffing” at our order. We proceeded to order and Jessie served our first order of shakes. He was polite and actually apologetic for Charlottes attitude. Charlotte proceeded to come out to our vehicle with no shakes and stated she did not have to service us if she didn’t have to and she didn’t even have drinks on her tray when she came to our vehicle. What was the need to come to our vehicle to state she did not have to service us? We stated she was rude and that it was not righteous customer service as she walked away and rolled her eyes. Denice serviced us with our second round of shakes and was excellent. They did forget the whipped cream on my shake, however I stated to Denice it was fine and took the shake that way. Please take into consideration how you treat your customers. I have managed a sonic before and am extremely disappointed in the customer service tonight. Will never...

I went in a total of 3 times, and each time got shorted my food. I would order a blast, and it would come out with a huge chunk missing from the top. The first 2 times, they 'tried' to make it right, but the 3rd time they told me "our manager tells us to not add enough ice cream, because its too expensive. so we arent able to make another one that is full because of orders from the manager". I kid you not! The manager is telling employees to short the customers so they can save money on ice cream!!! I reported them to corporate, but was offered a free blast (that would be half full) and a $5 coupon (only if I used their app, though). I want to make sure people know that they are greedy and out for money and not customer service. To cheat (rob) a customer of money when they pay for an item should be (is) illegal. But I, of course, am just a measly customer so what do I know. Oh wait, I worked for an attorneys office. Maybe Ill reach out. or wfaa. Be warned.

Came here on bogo coney day and it was buy one get a free one and i confirmed it when i ordered so i oredeted a coney combo and 2 coneys why i didnt get no free coneys they gave me what i ordered the lady explained i dont get a free coney with a combo but still didnt bring the other 2 out so out of frustration i ordered 2 more cause i needed 4 and i wasnt charged but i was on my card this is why i stopped coming to sonic period they always expect a tip and feel some type of way when they dont get it but dont do anything right outside of drinks i wont be spending a penny here anymore its no reason i should be sitting there for 20 mins because they not honoring whats advertised on their app.

Came here on bogo coney day and it was buy one get a free one and i confirmed it when i ordered so i oredeted a coney combo and 2 coneys why i didnt get no free coneys they gave me what i ordered the lady explained i dont get a free coney with a combo but still didnt bring the other 2 out so out of frustration i ordered 2 more cause i needed 4 and i wasnt charged but i was on my card this is why i stopped coming to sonic period they always expect a tip and feel some type of way when they dont get it but dont do anything right outside of drinks i wont be spending a penny here anymore its no reason i should be sitting there for 20 mins because they not honoring whats advertised on their app.
