I placed a $40+ order on the app and my order was all messed up. First, they did not contact me when they were out of product, they waited until my roommate got there to pick it up. I wasn't worried about them being out of product it happens, but they didn't even have the rest of the order done that didn't call for the out of stock items. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10pm and my roommate had to wait for them to make the entire order. My roommate was supposed to have a spicy Italian and when he saw it was being made wrong he said something to the man working and because he was tired of waiting he told him just to give him what he was making. It was a total disaster and we will be driving the extra distance to the Town East location...
