Dunkin' — Restaurant in Methuen

This is our usual coffee spot but there is one employee who gets on my nerves as well as some of his coworkers and other customers, he is never polite just whips stuff around as fast as possible no thank yous no smile no have a good day he is just a rainy cloud hanging over the establishment. He trys to controll the entire place as if he owns it dictates every aspect down to the trays which is why this rant started i asked for double tray as we had 3 drinks and the trays for dunkin are flimsy and not that sturdy so asking for double tray he told the girl no we dont do double trays, me just spending about $20 was not happy they had plenty of, so i took as is and got in the car upon arrival to my house pick up the tray and one side bent causing the coffee to drop right off. I am beyond frustrated and it mostly stems from dunkins products ( straws trays etc...) That are very cheaply made and this one employee who thinks he owns the place. Thankfully he...

Just went for my coffee with my sister. She always gets the toasted white chocolate syrup in her iced coffee. Unfortunately, they were out of it so she promptly changed her order. I then went to go order my iced coffee with the white hazelnut bark (completely not knowing that it used that same syrup) I was then rudely interrupted by the white male with a bun in his hair “I just told you we don’t have that” then someone took over as I rudely replied back that how was I supposed to know that it used the same syrup? Only reason I left any stars at all is the lady who took care of us at the actual window. Also didn’t appreciate the 15 year old blonde laughing in our face as she was making our coffee. Usually have an amazing experience with this location, but today was the only exception. I always get the same thing: m caramel swirl with cream. Pretty simple. I took it to go. I was about 5 minutes away when I took my first sip. Throughout my whole coffee there were small pieces of ripped up napkin. I should have turned around but I was late for class and didn’t have time. This is absolutely ridiculous and don’t see how someone could accidentally put a napkin in a coffee cup. Had to throw away my whole coffee....
