I want to respond to Hmmm’s review. I am curious why Royal house of roast beef did not defend or respond to this discriminatory accusation against their faithful employee. They should let him know that she got fired over this review. Not for being a bad employee not for any reason other than the opinion of this awful miserable person. As a person in recovery myself we all have scars. Everyone has them. Hmmm you must have more scars than most to be able to judge a human being this way! And Royal house of roast beef, I’m sure you scarred her even more by firing her over this. Firing someone that worked for you for over 5 years. Who always greeted your customers as soon as they walked in with a bright smile on her face. Serving customers the way they should be. Royal house should be ashamed! and judged! I have several COMPLAINTS starting with, you didn't warn me I needed to be twice as hungry as I was!

Also, you didn't warn me to grab a stack of napkins because I would be making a pig of myself. Yeah, second bite of sandwich, it's like, Oh Yeah, nom, nom, nom! Ever see the Cookie Monster? Except it didn't fall out of my mouth. I wish I could get a sandwich like that near home.

Staff were nice, even smiled at the out of town, clueless, sleep deprived zombie that stumbled in. I had never been there and she explained what came with the meal.

Wait I'm supposed to be mad. -- She COULD have warned me, you ain't gonna finish that off! 😊 Good thing I have a fridge in the hotel room.

I thought the price might have been high, then they gave me a big sack of food. I over ordered with just one item, The Roast Dinner, not the Super, just the plain. You get a lot food for your money and it's good. BTW the image really doesn't show the stack of food.

I’m a long time customer and it saddens me to have to write this. On August 30th I ordered 3 beefs from the Methuen location. When I got home I noticed 2 out of the 3 beefs were made wrong. I called the restaurant and talked to the female manager she offered to remake them or give me a credit for a later purchase. I chose the credit due to high 5pm traffic in that area. Today 9/18 I decided to use my credit. When I called I was sent directly to the manager who asked me to prove my purchase. I went to my bank account and provided her with the date and the amount. She said that was not enough information and I ordered a month ago. It only being 2 1/2 weeks ( I wasn’t told the credit would expire after 2 1/2 weeks). She continued to say she’s not just going to give me free food.” What I paid for it!!” She continued to go on I asked for my money back she said no.
