I went in to pizza hut for lunch with my daughters and the last time I had the worst experience with the General Manager Jennifer, I didn't want to return.. This time the new General Manager Sara was an amazing young lady she apologized for my last experience, treated me with respect and like I was family. She made sure my food was made correctly and she was so amazing with my youngest daughter who is autistic. My experience with this young lady has definitely changed my opinion about pizza hut and if she continues to be the General Manager I will continue to be a customer. I will be returning more often now because of Sara. You need to get more employees that care about your customers like she does. Hiring her was probably the best thing you have ever done. Continue your amazing work Sara, you have just got a new regular customer as long as you continue to work there. Please go see for yourself how Sara treats you and your family 💗. You will not regret it. If you want to make sure she is working before you go there just give them a call and see if she is there. Read moreStaff was rude and ignorant!!! Lots of yelling and berating back and forth in Spanish between the employees and with me being bi-lingual, it was unbelievable to hear the things coming out of their mouths in a family setting! Manager was taking selfies with other employees, the girl covering the dining area was to busy complaining, eating food and surfing on her phone to do her job, 2 other people JUST STANDING AROUND watching Youtube videos. The one person working the register was clueless how to ring in orders and remember what was ordered.
My food......Big Box Dinner which consisted of 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings....here's a pic of one of my pizzas, the other had 2 black hairs strewn in with the cheese so we threw it out, chicken was WAYYY under cooked and pink....threw those out....and the bread sticks were stale and unseasoned.
When I questioned if this was how they go about business, the manager just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders then went and HID BEHIND THE OVENS......really!!!
Either get a reign on this or close the location because your not to far away from pending lawsuits and getting someone...

I ordered at about 6:30pm on Saturday, February 27 of 2016, I ordered 2 pizzas, two desserts, and an order of french fries for delivery, it got here at about 7pm and the food was ok except for the fact that he forgot the frenchfries, we called back and they apologized and said they would send them right away, we decided to order more food with the frenchfries they were now bringing, everything was dandy, it took 45 minutes for the delivery man to deliver ice cold fries, and nothing else, he called the manager right infront of me and handed me the phone, the managers excuse? "We could only deliver the fries because you did not pay the extra $2.50 for the second delivery" So instead of giving me the option to pay the $2.50 and give me the pizzas on the spot, he said there is nothing we could do, and left me ice cold fries free of charge. Ridiculous they would even waist my time and theirs on bringing me ICE COLD can't stress that enough, fries. Never ordering from them again
Edit: come to find out, they did charge me for the ice cold fries! Never order...
