I ordered through the app and estimated delivery was set for 7:16. I know they don’t run just one stop so I waited another 30 minutes before calling the store. (New phone system sucks as calls don’t go directly to store). The automated system informed me my food had already been delivered, which was wrong and actually at that point got the option to speak and transfer to the store. Sarah answered and was very polite and professional and said she would bring my new order and refund what she could of my order. Something about unable to refund taxes and delivery fees. Another 40 minutes later a driver, not Sarah shows up because apparently her car broke down, fine I get that, but the driver that showed up got out of the car only to tell me he left part of it in her car. 15 minutes later he returns without my 2-liter but everything else says he will go get that. I take the pizza inside to finally feed people and the pizza and breadsticks are like warm at best. I attempt to call the store again and ask to speak to Sarah to which a young lady went to get and someone came back and said are you still th….and hung up on me and now I can’t get a hold of them because they are closed. I informed the driver of this when he brought my 2-liter back and asked if he could have Sarah call me when he gets back to the store and he just kind of shrugged and said he’s going home and seemed like he didn’t care that my food was mostly cold. I haven’t ate Pizza Hut in almost 20 years because it used to be so greasy and the past few times we’ve had orders delivered it’s been one problem after another. I’m done with this Pizza Hut...
Read moreNormally this Pizza Hut provides great service and great food and has an employee that is the assistant manager named Sarah who is simply the greatest when it comes to providing the best customer service, but last night Sarah wasn't there and my pizza was horrible. It was suppose to have two toppings spread evenly over the top, but as you can see in the photos it did not. Just a few bits were on the right side and the rest piled in a mess on the left side. I had to pull all of it off by hand and spread over the whole pizza. Luckily it was just for me and not to feed to friends. And the GM at this Pizza Hut is always rude to me and makes me feel like a child who is being scolded for asking questions. I have ordered from here over 40 times in the last six months and shouldn't be treated that way by the GM. Whenever Sarah takes my order, she always treats me like a king and tells me my business is appreciated. That is why I try to order only when she is there, but that isn't always possible. Such a shame I have spent hundreds of dollars there just to get anxiety when I call and have to interact with the GM.Othrr employees including Brian and Jess are always nice as well. Dustin, another employee is a bit inconsistent with providing good service though. I really don't know if I will ever order from there again...
Read moreI give the employees ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, not the establishment. This location boasts a wonderful seating area with a great size and capacity and it is not being utilized. I don't know if this is a franchisee or corporate location but either way corporate needs to come take a look at what's going on here and get it fixed ASAP. They've got the people there that are very knowledgeable and understand what they're doing and could serve to make a few extra bucks from tips from the dine-in area. Too bad it's being used as storage. Kind of depletes the whole Pizza Hut experience from my childhood. Found out that the lobby has been closed for over 3 years now. There's no excuses, 3 years is more than enough time to have remodeled that store 10 times. Whatever the problem is, you guys need to get it fixed or let somebody else take the reins.
