All employees were hanging out like it was a lounge If you could be leaning you could be cleaning. First of all I did not get greeted and I got stared at by three sets of eyes one of them scratch his head that was not sanitary I said in my head second of all I ordered my coffee through a iPad that was filthy. I had about 10,000 fingerprints on it. Maybe somebody should get the Windex and wipe it down instead of leaning on the counter, staring at customers and not greeting them.
I got my lukewarm coffee that had no sugar and no creamer and the temperature was not right
I asked the gentleman with the Shag hair cut to stit my coffee he literally grab my coffee and shook the cup the lid came off. He put it back on with his hands the cup was all sticky. I asked him to swap the cup out. He actually did it with a smile.
Management needs to set up and fire everybody and if you can’t fire, tell the owners to sell the store because Dunkin’ Donuts has a good reputation. You guys only have one job to do and sell good coffee and sell good customer service, which is the most important thing before anything any product on your menu
Please re-train everybody Buy couple brooms so you guys sweep the floor

Read moreAfter I waited for the line to subside, I approached the counter & asked for some hot water(in my personal cup) only for the girl to look down the counter at another employee without saying a word to me. I thought she didn't hear me, so I politely asked her again if I could please have some hot water! A guy approached & said we charge $2.00 for that. I said $2.00 for hot water? He said, " yes, there's a $2.00 charge for hot water." I said wow well thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately for them, their lack of sales skills, lost out on the chance to make more than $2.00. Especially since my husband was standing there deciding on what flavor of a dozen donuts, he wanted to buy.
But thank goodness there was a 7/11 in the parking lot. Donuts for cheaper & hot water on a cold day in November for free!!! SMH!
Wow $2.00 for hot water in a service center in Illinois, plus all the tolls, & no customer service.
I just wonder if all the other people paid for hot water, or if they went to 7/11 too?
Just saying... Always be aware of where you spend your dollar. Know what you are paying for. Your dollar has a value & you choose the service & what you get when you pay for it.

I was waiting on my drinks and I got the Caramel iced macchiato with oatmilk, and I noticed that they had put down my order wrong. They put down an Iced Macchiato instead of the iced matcha latte. I asked them if they can redue my drink because it was not right and they remade it with a cup full of ice from top to bottom. I asked her politely if she could remake it because I wanted it with less ice. She dumped half of it out and some ice and added just milk and just left it on the counter and walked away. I am so upset that she acted that way. The staff needs better trianing in Customer Service. This girl had a nose piercing I didnt get her name because before I could say anything she walked off.
