Nite crew very childish and unprofessional the night manager cannot control any situation that I've seen in there when pulling up to drive through we hear an employee screaming like they've been injured but you know it's just a bunch of juveniles having fun at your expense with your food they short your food and then say we doubt that very much we over give no a box meal consist of three chicken tenders not one as given it also contains a well portioned amount of french fries not 5 Shelby for you consider eating and Mexico Missouri at their Dairy Queen well you know there's Taco Bell down the road that's very polite then you haven't gone as what you're slow but hell even they rate better than Dairy Queen it's a shame that a manager God only knows how she became manager cannot control the situation to even talk on the phone because they make up a little song and do it you know why you're trying to discuss how you were just ripped off $30 but anybody else that wants to go there enjoy your ripoff store Dairy Queen Mexico Missouri only reason I got one star was cuz I had to do that and...

I got coupons in the mail. Wemt on the app to see what I could order before I went to the location to order in person to use my coupons. The app lets me ring up a blizzard in substitution for a drink in the 6 PC chicken basket. I get to the speaker and ask for just that. She says the total is 17 bucks which is weird because it wasn't that on the app. Also she never asked what I wanted for the side. So I get up there and go to use my coupons and apparently I can't substitute the blizzard for a drink. Which I most likely can and she just wasn't trained properly. She also I guess just doesn't know what coupons are because I had to say it 3 times and pull out the actual coupons to show her what I meant. Went in, ordered our food, sat down and waited. The wait wasn’t terrible. Got our food, our order was messed up, not a big deal my husband got my bacon okay fine switch it. We bare good. Fries were hot! After we finished we got ice cream. I had a new summer berry cake cupfection. Picture looked good so I thought I’d try it. The cake and berries are shoved into one side of the cup and ice cream on the other then they let it sit on the counter. I watched and waited as two girls were behind the counter chatting. The girl at the register was helping a customer but when she finished she must have forgotten, because I had to go up and get the order myself.
