Poor customer service. The owner was rude and obnoxious. Not professional when I found a white fiber in my french fries. Did not even come to our table and I had to go get him from hiding back in the kitchen. Told me that his cooks don’t have white hair. My hair is gray but it was a fiber in my fries and not a gray hair. He is racist against black people. I’m visiting from Texas. We are not treated this way in Texas. Because I am black he insinuated that I wanted the whole meal free. I pay over $150 for steak dinners in Texas. I’m not cheap and I’m not broke. His $12.99 dinner is a drop in the bucket and joke. Read moreI came in for breakfast on 5/2/16. LENA was my waitress. I asked her if I may have a refill on my coffee. The response I got was, "You will have to wait"! After 10 minutes of waiting for my coffee refill and watching LENA refill coffee of other patrons who were seated AFTER me, she finally came back to my table. Her response to me was, "Bite your tongue"! The lady in the booth adjacent to mine had the same issue with bad service from LENA. She too, could not get a refill on her coffee. Respectful customers should not have to be subjected to barbs and cross attitudes from the wait staff! No management staff was visible for me to report this incident to. This is uncalled for.
