Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mexico

Ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburger combos add BBQ sauce. And 3 kids meals all alike. Why was I charged for 3 Bacon Cheeseburgers? Why did NOT ONE burger have any lettuce or tomato on it?? I only asked to Add bbq sauce. It was a very simple order that cost me $42 so yes I expect it to be right. Called to inform the "Manager" of the errors. She said they are out of tomato.. OK inform people of that. 27min later she finally agreed to refund my money. My order wasn't right. Now the food is cold! No one is going to eat this! Yes of course I would want my money back!! And you're more than welcome to have your bag of cold food back. We will go elsewhere! The only good thing at sonic are the cheddar bites anyway. I won't be back. If you're okay with waiting a while for food, its not so bad.... when they actually make your food correctly. Mine was dumped on the ground right in front of me after I had waited 17 minutes the first time for my order. Then was told, "Well at least you're getting fresh onion rings." Well for 17 minutes I would have hoped it was fresh to begin with as well as the fact that my sandwiches were wrong. I won't ever complain about a wait if it means quality food, but that isn't the case here. It seems to be ran by a bunch of young kids who couldn't care less about customer service and presentation. Not to mention that this long wait just to get wrong food happens almost every time I try to eat here. I've also never seen it busy when there. Maybe one or 2 other cars. The food was just okay—not great, but edible. What really ruined the experience was the customer service. The woman taking orders at the speaker (she said her name was Lydia) was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the start. I simply asked to add a few items before driving to the window—something that’s completely normal at most places—but instead of helping me, she completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. After she sent out a male worker who only made a snide, dismissive comment: “Are you okay, lady?” I was so shocked by the experience I ended up going somewhere else the rest of it.
