Mine was dumped on the ground right in front of me after I had waited 17 minutes the first time for my order. Then was told, "Well at least you're getting fresh onion rings." Well for 17 minutes I would have hoped it was fresh to begin with as well as the fact that my sandwiches were wrong. I won't ever complain about a wait if it means quality food, but that isn't the case here. It seems to be ran by a bunch of young kids who couldn't care less about customer service and presentation. The woman taking orders at the speaker (she said her name was Lydia) was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the start. I simply asked to add a few items before driving to the window—something that’s completely normal at most places—but instead of helping me, she completely ignored me for about 10 minutes.
