This one star is bc I recently sent food I paid for over the phone to someone in Milford who was stuck without money simply so they had something to eat trying to be kind. When I paid over the phone I made it clear that I was sending the food to someone and that nothing was to be added after the call. When the delivery driver dropped off the food, he was apparently asked if there was any way the person getting the food could get some cash back. The 2 of them concocted a scheme where they would add $25 to my credit slip as a tip that they then split. Thats not a typo, $25 on a pizza purchase of $18.98, making my grand total $43.98 for 1 pizza and some sort of bread that came with the special I sent them. When I contacted the store asking why my $18.98 purchase was showing $43.98 on my account I was told it had to be on my banks end. I then called and confirmed with my bank that it was not a mistake on the banks end. I call back to Dominos and they finally pulled the purchase slip where we discover the $25 tip. Their solution is dispute it with your bank and as we all know this means canceling all cards. This also means freezing any and all funds in my bank and none of my payments for my bills can go thru, as well as, I have no access to my money until I can get a new card which can take up to 10 days, not to mention it’s Labor Day weekend so that could be even longer. I ask the manager, who at this point is obviously getting irritated with me calling, if it’s standard practice for their delivery drivers to give cash back on a card purchase and that I’m FURIOUS that they allowed a “tip” especially of that magnitude to be added to a purchase I made clear was being sent to someone other than myself so nothing was to be added. The response I get is no they aren’t supposed to give cash back. It’s a shame you can’t even do something to try to be a kind person and feed someone without getting screwed over one way or another. I sent a complaint to corporate Dominos but I figure it will just be swept under the rug with the person before me and the person...
Read moreIf I could rate 0 stars I would. We ordered food for pick up and we arrived to pick it up. We ordered 5 things meaning 5 boxes. They handed us 4. We went through each box and we didn’t receive the correct hoagie or our bread bites. We proceeded to wait another few minutes for someone to come back to the window as we hollered to get someone’s attention: they were too busy looking for a hoagie that was made for a delivery order.. little did they know I had it in my hand. Again already opened the box to see etc. when we finally got their attention he came to the window and asked if everything we did receive was our order. We told him no that the sandwich they’re looking for he gave to us but figured with Covid and health regulations they weren’t allowed to take the food back(that’s how it is with all other good places) nope not dominos. He specifically asked for the sandwich back starting “yeah we need that back that has to go out in a delivery order”. Well that’s gross. But we didn’t want the sandwich anyways so here y go. But then he continued to ask my husband if everything else we received was in fact ours because they were still missing food. Yes it was but by the time we left my husband was so furious at the fact that he was just made to feel like he was trying to steal from dominos. Especially when he had to tell them they forgot his correct hoagie and the bread bites. Just an overall bad experience and leaves me wondering where all your food may travel before making it to your own hands. If I was a health inspector y’all would be in quite the bind. Please stop taking food back through your window and giving to another person. Especially...
Read moreI have always recieved good and fast service from this Domino's. I have seen in some previous reviews that some customers were not "happy". When working in the customer service industry you can't please everyone. Im possitive they always try their hardest to make sure their quality of food is nothing but the best. You should be greatful that they are not only making your food but delivering it to your home. If its not steaming hot when it arrives at your door step, well then get your lazy butt up and go to the store to pick it up. I promise you it will be just as hot as it would be if they deliver it to your doorstep. What fires me up inside is some (not all) people only tip their driver a dollar or 2 (some may not tip at all). You should treat your driver the same as you would treat a server in a resturant, unless you dont tip them either. They make their living off of what tips they make combined with a small hourly wage. Have a little respect for the drivers and all the other employees who work their butts off to make sure your happy. Remember your not their only customer. I saw in a review that someone had to bang on a window to get the attention of an employee, well it may have been their closing time and just like anyone else who gets off work is ready to go home. Maybe you should have ordered your food at a decent time and you wouldn't have to wait or knock on windows. They have great prices and friendly faces. Keep up the good...
