Is nothing natural here They don’t cook here is all prepped already The soups are from cane not home made The sandwiches are heated in microwave for over 3 minutes, the sandwich was so hot I burn my lips No one speak English At the register the girl told me my total and pressed a Boton on credit card machine for me to don’t see the total but specially the service charge of 20% , I ask her sorry I didn’t see the total, she tell me verbally the total, I ask I like to see it, she ask me why, I told can I see it please, sure enough it was a 20% service charge added to the bill Is no service here. You gotta pick up everything yourself. The table are dirty and the floor is dirty. I went inside today 1-14-21 I was Very Disappointed-upset to see they have placed the help yourself food as if Covid-19 didn't exist. They had these foods covered up nicely last time I went to grab something to eat. I looked around to see the soup back out as well this au bon pain located inside of Mercy Hospital it's a very tiny place adding here there were people eating inside with no mask on. I walked in observed, and walked out of there real fast. Indeed today they have lost me as a repeat customer. Covid-19 is NOT over this cafe is a petri dish at the moment...
