I want say that this Carreta has a great leader ("Anays"). She is what you call a true leader. She is not only supervising the location and making sure it's all running smoothly. She also greets clients in line; passes by the tables inquiring how the food is; takes out garbage, if full; helps make coffee, if needed; gives you what you ordered; etc. I can tell that is in her nature. I have been coming daily to the restaurant for two months now and never seen a person like her. I recommend her for a higher position at another one of your locations or in the event that is not possible, she should be recognized with a monetary award or a raise in her salary. Read moreDelicious cuban food at reasonable prices and with generous portions. Everything I had here the week of my father's surgery at the hospital tasted delicious, and I was always really full. The steak was my favorite, and the rice & beans are to die for. The sandwiches were also outstanding. The food here was genuinely better than the fancier spots at Little Havana.
I also loved their Cafe Cubano as well as their pastries.
Even if you don't speak Spanish, the menu is mostly in English and the staff will try their best to help you order.
