The place is beautiful outside, inside around the gardens. However we visited on Saturday and this same day they set up a wedding in an entire area outside the village and the staff of the entertainment and Vizcaya village were nothing friendly, we lost a time waiting for parking finally they sent to the parking lot in front the street, the ladies in the main entrance for bough tickets are unfriendly. The cafeteria was chao tic for receiving your beverage. I noticed the employees were really tired around. 3:30 pm. Womens bathroom without toilet paper and soap.

Nina was a fantastic tour guide. She went above and beyond for us, was extremely personable, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her as well as the Sunday Village tours. Quinn, a gardener at the property, was also extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great place!

A slice of Italy right outside of Downtown Miami. The Biltmore of the South my husband said. The architecture and gardens were just stunning. You can easily spend 2-4 hours here.

Vizcaya Village is a wonderful to hang out with family and friends. It is a place to learn about the history about plants and herbs that are valuable to South Florida and the world. I love the farmers market they have there every Sunday. There I buy from scratch handmade foods, veggies and veggies drinks, soaps and wonderful plants based hair products. The tour guards are nice and they explain the history of Vizcaya...
